Most of the legendaries destroy cities and the inhabitants so thats half of the human population done. Then everyone else has to deal with the other pokemon which I don't see being easy. Ghost and psychic types will be especially hard.

I doubt an army of 1 million could stand up to them.
Perhaps they could take out a majority of the Pokemon with nukes and whatnot but how the hell can they counter Palkia and Dialga let alone Arceus?
Also, how do they even hit Ghost types?

they can change the terrain, weather, and even warp space and time

and their pokedex descriptions are ridiculous
