Mugen has messy brown-black hair in an afro-like style (similar to Spike Spiegel's from Cowboy Bebop) and a faint mustache. His clothing is anachronistic as well, reminiscent of baggy hip-hop fashions of today.His attire consists of a grey shirt with a stitch pattern running down the middle of the shirt ending at the halfway point of the shirt. He wears this under a red long-sleeve gi that functions as a jacket. He wears hakama cut off at shorts-length, resembling loose-fitting Bermuda shorts and japanese Geta (wooden sandals) on his feet. He has two blue ring tatoos, two on each wrist and two just above the ankles. Lastly, he carries his sword on his back with a sash that goes from his left shoulder to his right hip. It has a zig-zag pattern of green and brown.

Personality:
Rude, lewd, vulgar, and nihilistic, Mugen is something of an antihero. He is fond of fighting and has a tendency to pick fights for petty reasons. On several occasions it has been made clear that Mugen is a womanizer, and his libido often gets the better of him. While in his travels, he seeks out nearly every resturant and bar too soothe his hunger for food and booze, preferring to eat his fill and then consuming an almost equal amount of alcohol. As a womanizer, Mugen takes in nearly no regard for another man's woman and will try and steal her away even in front of the man himself.

This attitude to carries over to even his fighting and as such he hesitates none when in battle easily killing off numerous foes when inticed.

Description: After performing two hand seals Tiger → Dog the user launches a stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique, where the user instead chooses to compress the entirety of the previously inhaled breath into a single large, crushing sphere of wind chakra that they then proceed to expel from their mouth.

Background Info.
History:

Mugen was born in a penal colony on the Ryukyu Islands (most likely Miyako Island since it was a penal colony in the past), off the unrestricted coast of the Land of Iron - he crew up only knowing of crime and having to fend only for himself. His name means without limitation, as the components of it are the characters for "without" and "limitation." Incidentally, he writes his name using the infinity symbol (∞), a pun on his name, 'Mugen,' which is a homophone of the Japanese word for 'eternity'. His Japanese is quite rough and "Yanki." He was illiterate until later in his life and even the exact date of his birth and much of his past is shrouded in mystery. His style of clothes suggests he may be of Kumogakure origin. Mugen states that he never knew whom his parents were. The blue tattoos on his wrists and ankles indicate that he was once in prison. The circumstances of his imprisonment are unclear at first, but it is later revealed that he was to be executed for engaging in piracy.

After escaping the gruersome life of murder he traveled the world with his two companions, Jin and Fuu in search of " a man who smells of sunflowers". After a chance encounter with a clan of ninja, Mugen was found out to have a distinct affinity for Wind natured chakra and was asked to join up with Kumogakure to teach the unique Kenjutsu he developed through years of fighting and surivival. There he learned to control his wind chakra and incorprate it into his fighting style, and has once again joined his companions to continue the search.

A master of his own style of martial arts, Mugen is a worth adversary to even taijutsu legends such as Rock Lee. His focus centering around raw power, speed, and agility coupled with his on-the-go fighting style make him a force to be reckoned with. Utilizes erratic movements that prevent anyone with out a Sharingan from predicting them and by relying solely upon instinct and reflexes he can even react to a certain extent while blinded and gravely injured. He was even able to slice an apple perfectly in two -while in a drunken stupor- from atop Fuu's head.

Kenjutsu

Mugen's highly unorthodox swordplay and a fighting style based on breaking - dubbed "champuru kendo" (Champloo Kendo in English) and ostensibly developed by himself - taking bits and pieces from all forms of martial arts and making up the rest on-the-go as he fights his opponents, make him a force to be reckoned with. He carries two blades, his principal weapon a unique sword with a curved blade and a hilt with two prongs sheathed across his back and the other a small tantō concealed at the end of his scabbard (only resorted to as a trump card). His main weapon appears to be an amalgamation of the Okinawan sai and Japanese katana, allowing him to catch sword in between the area to disarm opponents and help easily parry attacks. Mugen also has a tendency to parry attacks with the steel base of his geta.

Nature Transformation

At a very early stage Mugen showed competence in the Wind nature. However due to the lack of ninja in the Land of Iron, he was never able to actually utilize it until his training commenced in Kumogakure. There he spent countless hours learning to harness the power and incorporate the techniques into his fighting. He became a Master of it with only a few months training and can now even utilize it to the point he can use his one handseal to preform the techniques affliated with the wind nature.
