Peco is an average height young man with an athletic build. Peco has short black hair and light brown eyes. He usually wears a white t-shirt (sometimes with a different base colour)with blue highlights and white shorts. He wears white sports shoes because he plays ping pong as a hobby.
Personality
Peco has a passion for ping pong and loves playing it with Smile [Makoto Tsukimoto]. Because of this he is fast and has good perception and reflexes. Peco is very charismatic and is always happy. He does things because he enjoys them rather than because he needs to.He hates loosing and so he strives to be the best at what he does. Peco is loud, cocky, and carefree and so people think he doesn't take things seriously.Peco loves to snack on junk food items.

Background Information
History
Early Years
Peco was born into a poor family. He lived in the poverty stricken parts of Konogakure, the parts that people never talk about. As a child he had nothing to do as his parents were always looking for work. During a normal day in the streets, he saw a kid (called smile) getting beet up. Peco rushed to save him from the bullies. Peco then asked why they were bullying him and smile said "because they say I'm a robot". Peco and smile became friends and peco would always save smile from bullies.This led to smile always calling peco "The Hero". Smile's dad owned a ping pong club and so peco asked to join. As peco started to play ping pong, he found out that he was very talented at it. He would always spend his time playing it with smile. As he got better, he entered into ping pong tournaments and always won, this increased his family's social standing and so he was able to live a better life. He still continued to play ping pong with his rival smile.

As Peco's family's social standing increased, they were able to send him into The ninja Academy. Here he leaned the basics of being a ninja. During the first year of the academy, Peco was the top student of the class and was the one who worked the hardest. The other students always stayed away from him as they hated how "better" he was, except smile. During this year his mother fell into illness and died later on. This was an obstacle but he later overcame it. Peco graduated the Academy as the top student.
Adventure
After graduating Peco became a ninja and passing all the exams to become a jounin. At The age of 16 he left his farther and the village as he did not agree with their views. He did not like how the village treated those of the lower classes. He left to explore the ninja world learning about all the elements and techniques. Peco spent a year training with a man that he had met to become a better ninja. This allowed him to discover and develop his own style of fighting.Right now Peco travels the world still learning to become a better ninja.
