Now it's Haku's clan do you even read the rules regarding special abilities? You need permission from Rei to make an ice-user bio (with other words a bio from a Haku-clan member). Not to mention that you need to make a history that contains the explanation as how you are related to that clan. Their clan is destroyed, it doesn't exist anymore and even if it would exist it's a KG-clan, not a clan you can just join.

Also Haku has no relation whatsoever to Kumo and above all he's dead
