Rintarou has the characteristics of a lanky young man, with a square jaw and bony cheeks. He has his short black hair swept up and has brown irises, with a small amount of stubble on his chin. Rintarou also wears a lab coat, which he wears over a simple shirt and slacks.
✧ Personality ✧
Rinatorou is a melodramatic, eccentric individual. He likes to assume the nickname "Kyouma Hououin" (鳳凰院凶真 Hōōin Kyōma) and often uses this to introduce himself to others. He also likes to pose as an agent working against a certain "Organization" which he thinks is always after him, as he believes this kind of image gives him a cool and mysterious aura.
He usually gives off the impression of being delusional and paranoid, engaging in strange mannerisms such as talking to himself on the phone and engaging in fits of manaical laughter often, this is in fact a facade he wears in order to make life interesting for others. He has a fairly arrogant personality, but shows evidence of caring for those around him, he is incredibly loyal to his friends.

✧ Background History ✧
The story starts off with Rintarou's parents. They were both from the noble Hyuuga clan of Konohagakure. When everything started with his parents though, they were moving around a lot. His parents were quite skilled in reconaissance missions, and so traveled around the place. One shockingly day, in an unknown land it was found out that his mother was pregnant with him. When this happened, they decided to settle down wherever they could. This was a really remote land, no where near anyone else.
It was about the time of the Third Great Shinobi War, when Rintarou's mother was pregnant. His mother was in labour with him, while his father was defending her so she could give birth. Right when she was in the middle of giving birth to Rintarou, some ninja from Kumogakure stormed into where she was staying and killed Rintarou's father. At this time she had finally given birth to him, and she was killed right on the spot, where the ninja from Kumo could train him into being a fine ninja with the Byakugan. He was later escorted to Kumo where he would be raised in the hidden clouds.
As life moved on for him, he got used to the idea of being one from Kumogakure, even though he had the Byakugan. Through living in Kumo though he had developed through their tough conditions, living in the clouds.
A few years later, about when he was 16 he learnt of his past, and what happened with his family and because of Kumogakure ninja. Although he thanked the people who looked after him for their duty, he felt betrayed and left for somewhere else. Rintarou didn't care for where he went, but anywhere seemed better than there for the time being. Across his travels he came across a place which seemed quite misty and alluring. Kirigakure was this place, and made a few friends there. Eventually he came to calling this place his new home. Rintarou has sworn to get his revenge on all Kumogakure ninja for their namesake.

He has the abilities of it, including the ability to see in a 359.86 degree radius, with a blind spot above the third thoraic vertebrae, telescopic view and being able to see other people's chakra points and tenketsu.Using the abilities of the Hyuuga, Rintarou has become a powerful fighter and one day wishes to learn the Gentle Fist.

From spending his many years in the Hidden Cloud village, Rintarou has gotten used to their climate and high altitudes. Because of this, Rintarou is used to less oxygen than usual. This also makes him great at jutsu which focus on breathing for the medium.

Rintarou has excellent prowess in deduction and intelligence, making him able to take the situation at hand, and deduce what his opponent will do from the situation at hand.
