Apparently all three orphans do. I don't know how it exists but she made it work, since she's the only one that uses it. She can create paper from her skin or control existing paper, wherever it may be. As you can see in some of the gifs she can turn into paper, fly away in the wind and form out of that paper in another location. I always found that cool however I have always questioned it as well because to me it makes no sense but then again, we're dealing with elemental ninjas who can raise the dead here so I'm not too worried about it although I would like to know how she can turn her entire body to paper and still be alive and well... Weird. And thank you.

No. I wanted a canon bio with rain on it. Nagato and Pain are too hard to get. I like Pain's personality, but too hard to get. Nagato is my favorite character, but no thanks. Konan was the last option, plus she's cool. So I went that route. I had no intentions of taking after anyone, even though it may seem that way. Anything I do I do for myself and of my own visions, not after anyone else's.
