Background Info.
History:
Both parents of Kaito died when he was very younge his mother died within childbirth right before his father died trying to protect Kaito from rogue mercanaries who were hired to attack his village. made an orphan a wandering master of many arts by the name of Zatoichi G found and took in the younge boy out of pity. as years passed kaito become to see Zatoichi G as his Master who he then asked to learn the arts of being a Ninja but most importantly the Art of Taijutsu whom Zatoichi G was a well known Master. He was then accepted under his wing and throughout several years he become able to wield a high level of skills in all the forms of being a ninja and then soon came the time when Zatoichi parted his ways deeming Kaito strong enough to fend for himself.
Kaito thus began his long journey through life enjoying watching the clouds pass by in the warm summer breeze. After a while Kaito had fought many battles testing his levels of abilities to the limits until he then came to the mountain of the hawks in which he would then become a student and the latest barer of the signed contract scroll. using this ability he soared his way through the empty skies watching and observing as time went by. One day he met a person by the name of Sin who was of the Uchiha clan. She was a younge underskilled shinobi who soon came to call Kaito as her sempai as they spent time together when they both joined the Hidden Rain Village and was dragged into a war with Kaito's home country unaware of his lineage the Hidden Sound Village.
Few years went by as the Hidden rain village went through many wars with the other villages but then came the time when Kaito felt that he had to leave. During the time in the village however Kaito befriended a younge shinobi of the name Ingwer who became a good companion and they both left to journey for greatness and power. Time went by on their journey as Kaito sought out many scrolls which would lead him to find a special unique sword that would help him become to know his special ability yet to be awoken. But due to both ingwer and Kaito's Goals they soon had to part as they both went their seperate ways. Kaito seaked out information on this mysterious sword but soon came across Zatoichi G his old Master who had now changed his Name to Goro Kaguya and then taught Kaito many more of his skills and knowlegde. But this was short lived as Goro Kaguya had to depart again on his own quest leading him in a different direction to Kaito.
In his journey after the departure of his Master, Kaito met a strange but a legendary figure in the shinobi world. Hellsbadass, a man of love as the legends state. his power was out of this world. he was a man who stood atop the shinobi world in the shadows of the great Masters such as Bishamonsama and Madara Uchiha and Izuna Uchiha and many more whos skills were so grear they trembled the halls of the gods in fear. in meeting this strange chap kaito had made many friends through him all of high places such as the Legendary Beauty of the Shinobi lands known as Rei-chan a kunochi of the uchiha clan who wield such seductive power the 5 kages quaked in fear from her power that she possed. Along with Rei Kaito met her Lover Versuvio a shinobi of such high stature all had respect for him.
A year passed and Kaito became to be a name known by many. He was able to create a unique style of taijutsu known as the Fist of Many Arts and becoming a skillfull master of taijutsu even developing such skills as the 5 animal 5 element fist , the Sixth sense and a unique technique known as Half step. He then set up a Dojo to teach those practitioners of Taijutsu his newly developed skills and to further the greatness of the art. He took on many students such as an old friend Inwger Hatake and some newly aquainted friends like Muigiwara and Emperor.
Many more years went passed as Kaito travelled the lands and found a Skillfull Swordsman who had what Kaito searched for. information that would lead him to seak out the sword of Sound the Howling Blade. Kaito asked this Swordsman who was named Caliburn if he could help him find the sword being he knew the vital information to its location and they set off to find it. A month passed and then they had reached a high mountain on the distant edges of the Great Shinobi countries where the sword was hidden in a tomb of ancient warriors whos skills were of ledgendary proportions. This place was Known as the Valley of the Legends who were from the times passed the great shinobi villages in times of desperation and begining. After achieving the sword Kaito asked if Caliburn would train him to wield and master the swordsmanship to help add to kaito's skills in hand to hand combat. and in return Kaito said he would provide caliburn with the skills of the Fist of many arts which kaito earlier in his years developed. Caliburn agreed and they then both taught each other their skills to help master the many arts.
Kaito having learned the skills of the Sword set out again on another journey in which he would meet many people he sparred and drank with such as the legendary Ragnaroc and Gatsandshank and Lawliet and Ali and Nero and Dark sage. however he soon learned he had the ability to control sound in which he then turned to Dark sage a skillfull shinobi who he then asked to teach the art in which Dark sage was obliged to teach him.

(Hauringukiri) – Howling Blade

Description: Hauringukiri is a blade made of the finest metals making it very strong. Above the handle lies a hollow spherical guard chamber with a bell ball inside. The chamber itself is structurally strong and prevents it from becoming a weakness to the sword. The wielder uses this hollow chamber as an amplifier with their chakra to create different levels of techniques using sound.
C rank Level – at short range the user can release chakra into the hollow spherical chamber to emit a sound wave that can affect the opponent’s sence of balance.
B rank Level – at mid range the he user can create small sound blasts emanating from their sword that strike the opponent hitting them back and causes them to bleed from their nose.
A rank Level – at long range the user can create an amplified sound wave that affects the opponent through their hearing and causes them to be temporarily bound in place from paralysis. ( can only be used 3 times).
S rank Level – the user can create from their sword a strong shockwave of sound that is shot at the opponent and can shatter even bare rock to A rank level. When the shockwave strikes the opponent it affects their sense of balance and eyesight and induce bleeding from their nose and ears. (Can only be used 2 times).
