Looks:

Socalo wears a hard leather (almost metal-like) mask over his head. His Armor is heavy, fit SWAT-like clothes with nothing but the crest and two gold stripes . When his mask is removed, Socalo is revealed to be dark-skinned and has spiked hair and teeth and a black scar or tattoo across his nose, just beneath his white eyes, though he does not seem to be blind. He also wears a pair of gold and red earrings. When not clothed, it is seen that his body is hugely scarred all over the torso

Personality:

Socalo is a harsh man. Socalo displays a sadistic love of battle and shows an unsettling joy while he is killing. He shows very little compassion for others. His style of combat is reckless and berserk like an unleashed animal

History
​

Socalo was a very trouble child in his youth days. But one of the strongest Ninja of his time.. When he was younger he attempted an assassination On the 3rd Mizukage for the tailed beast. But due to the incredible power of the tailed beast, he failed. With more scars on our behalf. Konoha was informed of this attack and was threatened to be attack if something about Socalo was done with. At that time , they was forced to put him on death row. This was his 3rd Assault on tailed beast.. But never went near Kushina.. Maybe he had a crush on her.. or felt he couldnt beat the 4th Hokage.. Either way he didnt. Two days before his execution came about. He was offered a chance to be let free. On one condition..... to be adapted into a clan and lead them.... RIGHTFULLY.... Socalo write-fully turned them down and said he prefer death.... 2days pass and the execution was scheduled that day. The 4th Hokage than came into the cell and told him that the clan needs cleaning up and he trust that Socalo is the job for it. Giving him what he wanted which is death is not an option. Giving him what he DONT want is the plan. Minato Said..... Socalo didnt not battle words with it and gracefully took responsibility... Socalo is now Leader of the clan and plans to run it with the Iron Fist he has

Mandalorian Leader​
His Armor is on him at all times. Though slight modifications. Due to him being the head of the clan now. With the Activation of his armor. It Grants the user abilitites Which Mainly Include improvevement in Speed and Strength, Voice Activated Jetpack, And Sensing via the helmet.

Water & WindLover​
Due to his love for water. He trained in water jutsus to the max. Studying the 2nd hokage and all his tactics etc. He learned to do all water jutsus with 1 handseal And Can do 10 Wind handseals in 3 seconds


Tai Man​
Due to his clan being mostly taijutsu lovers. He trained to the max in Tai. Becoming a Taijutsu specialists. Which lead him to go to the next level Which is K`tai.

Kenjutsu Dominator​
His Clan also specializes in weaponry aswell. Allowing all his weapons able to vibrate real hard without phasing the user giving him extra cutting power in his weapon. For that reason he learned to harness the way of the Sword with ease. Becoming one before his Era

This double sided sword hangs on his back at all times. Allowing him to only handle it from one side seeing as spikes are on the other side. Each blade is roughly 3/4 the size of him. Leaving a Great Strike Range
