Nope, if you got someone to teach you the gates you could just learn it without taking the test lol, i'm only taking the test for the gates.

Nah i just like Lee's character but since he can't use ninjutsu and only Taijutsu not even Taijutsu related chakra attacks i gotta have the EIG with him xd

It's not about power, it's about the character itself, and i like Minato better than Utakata, but having a Jinchuuriki is cool and makes you unique since no one else can have the same character.
