History:
Part I
Paimon, Djinn of Love and Chaos
Born in the Land of Demons, Paimon was a very cute baby and early on in her newborn life was she branded with the mark of the demon by Nekura clan members as a part of a hidden agenda, without her parents or family's knowing. One day, after her constant emitting of Keigoku that she could not control at such an age, her parents and relatives were eventually drove to complete madness. What they tried to do, was drown Paimon at the age of three. As soon as she felt the murderous vibes, yes, even at three as it was natural for her to pick up other people's feelings, when they put her underwater, a burst of raw chakra coming from Paimon enveloped the small family, burning them alive from the raw power. Because of her being in the water and her chakra surge, as it returned to her body right after, her skin pigment fused with the color of the water in a twisted series of scientific events, and turned her skin blue.
She hid for a very long time after this. As her family trying to kill her changed her once innocent mindset, she got addicted to pain, somehow. Often piercing her ears and eventually, her nipples. Paimon, with her blue skin and piercings, was once talked about around the ninja world as if she was a goddess, but a goddess she was not. However, she found this amusing... The rumors still linger in some places. All she does is go along with it.
A land known for its treachery and sneaky assassins, Paimon landed in this village one too many times. At one point, this is where she had met her sensei, Lancer (Noni) and had learned an abundance of techniques from him as the two grew together and had a special bond. One that would wither at the note of him having a second personal student named Nikodo (Six Paths) of the Uzumaki clan. A shinobi she had met only a few times before. They had a bitter rivalry in the works and that rivalry eventually turned into hate in the eyes of Paimon although she wasn't sure nor cared if that was how Nikodo felt. She had left and came back to the village on and off, only coming back to speak with Lancer privately or if she needed a band of assassins for hire, but at this point, she felt her time there was done so she had moved on...
Being in and out of the village, one of the few villages she landed in that she could call a home, Paimon had learned the secret ways and techniques of Amegakure, in which she picked up jutsu known to be used solely by the village and a special element, known as ameton. Traversing the lands outside of Amegakure, at one point she tried to travel to and take over a large portion of Ancrath where she was confronted by one of her fellow villagers, Sado (Howard). She was ultimately defeated and forced to retreat, leaving up for grabs the land she wanted so badly. Outside of this village, Paimon had done many things to protect the village from harm, even if it meant her departure from the village for long periods of time.
After her many stays and another departure from Amegakure, Paimon landed in the village hidden in stone and very briefly was she a welcomed member. She had met a lot of good people and a lot devils here... Iwa held a special place in her heart for a few reasons but one being for her one and only lover she had ever had in this lifetime. She went by the nickname of Hachi or Kasha. As the two grew to love each other, they eventually had to part ways as Paimon had to leave the village briefly under rough circumstances and harsh misunderstandings. However, Paimon had felt their paths would one day cross again and on that day, Paimon would still feel the same and would still accept Kasha's love.
During her time once again in Kirigakure, Paimon and her sensei Lancer (Noni) got into a bitter argument and ultimately a misunderstanding, leading up to Paimon's departure from the village hidden in mist once again. She vowed to one day use everything Lancer had taught her and use it against him to defeat him viciously and without remorse. But that day won't come for some time... This would be one of her ultimate goals as a shinobi next to killing his second personal student, Nikodo Uzumaki... Even though she still had deep love for her sensei as she might have not shown before, her hate outweighed her love.
Paimon had briefly been in and out of the Akatsuki organization, using it for her own personal desires and for the Nekura clan. She had plenty of ties within the organization and even after her last departure, she was still affiliated with the group, able to call on them or use them to her advantage. She had partners within the organization come and go like hotcakes but if she were to bring herself to a low once more, there was one person she specifically needed to be her partner in order to achieve greatness for her and her clan. From this stemmed her action to create her own little group for a more simple purpose and for accessibility. The group would become known as Hebi in which she recruited vigorously for and eventually recruited a shinobi she met in Sunagakure. He would be one of many assets as she had already had a wholesome number of members to lead.
Being a rogue for some time... Paimon had heard a lot of things such as the village hidden in the clouds was partially falling apart. She was a part of Kumogakure briefly as this is where she had learned her yo-yo techniques from a wandering shinobi (Artoria). She did indeed care for this village, so this is where she headed, to help them. She was accepted back with open arms and a lot of things had changed since she had first been there but nevertheless, changes were in the works and the changes would come to fruition with the help of Paimon and Loki.
After hearing about an attack Sunagakure had on Amegakure in unison with Konohagakure and being the chaotic being she is, Paimon led a vicious attack on the sand village's Kage mansion, breaking and burning it to the ground for feedback on what they did. Although Amegakure was known to be peaceful, Paimon simply took matters into her own hands upon a high ranking officer's okay. As she and her partner were confronted by two Sungakure shinobi, this ordeal would either end in departure or bloodshed, either way, Paimon nor her partner had any issues serving heads on a silver platter as they were known to do.
Arfter a talk with the shinobi, Paimon departed as her partner stayed behind... She hoped to see him again soon... She had all the confidence in him.

Paimon's Abilities:
Paimon is very adept in the use of the Water release, which is her first affinity and also her signature element. Paimon is one of the most advanced Water release users in her Generation, being able to perform every Water related technique with a single and swift handseal. Paimon's second elemental affinity is the Wind release, she is also very adapt at using wind techniques at an accelerated speed. She is an exceptional bukijutsu practitioner, her skill with lethal weapons is so vast that it is said to rival even the most skilled swordsman, such as the Swordsmen of the Mist. With practically any weapon she is able to easily break the guard of a lesser ranked shinobi and able to give shinobi on par with her skill a very stressful run for their money. She also has fairly above average speed, reflexes and tracking due to her intense Kenjutsu mastery and harsh training over many styles of close combat. Her tool pouch is filled basic shinobi tools and weapons and custom yo-yos for combat and also bolas.
Nekura Clan:
Being a member of the Nekura clan, Paimon wields the basic abilities of the Nekura that center on the summoning and control of this foul chakra of the Juubi's, that the clan calls "Keigoku". The chakra is warped from the moon by a clansman opening the dimesional portal, through which the chakra enters the battlefield. This is much like a Summoning jutsu, which brings objects from a different place through dimensions. The portals can be opened anywhere on the battlefield. However, note that they cannot be used for transporting the user, opponent etc. over dimensions. Only Keigoku can transport itself through the portals. The portals are silent and do not actually count as a jutsu, however the release of a Keigoku technique from them is a jutsu; furthermore, it's not as if the portals possess any use outside of transporting Keigoku anyway.
The power of the Keigoku, however, is not to directly affect physical objects. The Keigoku is so corrupted, that it causes searing pain to an opponent's mind if they have been touched with the energy. Much like how prolonged exposure to a fire can cause extreme burns, prolonged exposure to high-rank Keigoku techniques can cause a complete shattering of the mind and possibly a vegetative state. This also lets the Keigoku pass through physical substances without minds, such as earth, water or trees to reach a target behind it, since it loses none of its powers on the non-sentient object. Should the Keigoku touch a Summoning, it will turn them against its master.
Another side-effect of wielding the Keigoku is that any Bijuu, whether incompletely or fully transformed, believe the Nekura to be one of "them" since the Nekura wield the same chakra that the Bijuu were made of - just not in the same amounts. The Bijuu therefore refuse to attack the Nekura. Each Nekura is given a cloak strong enough to keep out normal weapons strikes.
An unwanted ability is that of the Nekura's bodies, after or during a battle, being so filled with Keigoku that they reject any foreign chakra from entering their body, and stop it instantly. This means that medical ninjutsu have to force harder to overcome the natural resistance, making Nekura extremely hard to heal, roughly three times that of a normal patient.
Nekura Robe:
These robes are completely black, fashioned like the Akatsuki robes with the mark of the Jyuubi on the upper back of the robe. The color of the emblem depends on rank of wearer. The Head of the Clan has an emblem the color of deep purple. Clan Council have the color of bloodshot red. Black Knights have the color royal blue. Paladin's have green, Scourge gold and seers have pure white emblems, signifying their inept ability with Keigoku.
Tsubone no Muchi:
This specially modified whip resides around her waist and takes the appearance of a normal belt until wielded.

Description: The Whip of Authority is a metal, thin and very flexible whip capable of reaching up to short range. It has very tiny compartments all along the whip part itself which holsters 20 minuscule, razor-sharp shuriken. These shuriken can be released with a click of a button on the handle and releases in a set of 5. The whip is capable of channeling raiton and jiton chakra into it for more lethal attacks. The chakra can also be implemented upon the shuriken during their departure from the whip, making them more lethal and more useful. The whip also has another button that allows it to extend it's reach to mid range. Although activating this counts as a move/technique.
Note - Can only release 5 shuriken 4 times. After that, it is out of shuriken during that battle.
Note - Can only be given to others by Moxxi.

After meeting with a strange shinobi in the mountains located in Kumogakure, Paimon was taught the ways of combat yo-yos. She excelled in this field and is able to perform yo-yo techniques at amazing speeds and with great precision. She carries plenty of yo-yos in her ninja pouch located on the back of her waist with many other things, such as kunai, shuriken, wire, dormant paper tags and bolas.
