I took the test 6 times, the latest being the 6th try, but oh well, no matter how many times it took i was intent to getting here anyways, but if i had failed my latest test it would have made me give up on the bio for a while. Thanks.

It is stated that he can have Rinnegan yes, but for him to be able to get it, his own unique rules still have to be released, it is stated there because he can eventually get there, but currently, the highest Sasuke bio obtainable is EMS.
