In this RP Amaterasu is faster than Kamui xD well Kakashi's Kamui.

It doesn't guard against physical attacks, so only Lightning and Fire and sometimes wind, though Sasuke with EMS is just O_O EMS can be activated as long as you need and lasts for 10 turns, no turns are taken when you perform eye techniques, Kamui is non blockable but Amaterasu is, but you would know that Kamui is being used and you would only know when Amaterasu is being used unless you see the eyes bleed.

To add to this.

Amaterasu may not defend the other elements but by god i feel sorry for someone using Taijutsu, look at the raikage even with all his speed and power Amaterasu shield screwed him up big time, so we know amaterasu shield if very fast to form, Plus Sasuke's MS seemed to give him visual reactions on par with Minato imo, since he reacted to A's speed using the amaterasu shield in the same way Minato did throwing the kunai past him, of course Minato's dodging worked out better than sasuke's blocking but meh thats life.
