As expected, a GREAT debate. The most badass moment is when you guys brought in past quotes of the opponent. My only gripe with this debate was real life "logic". Where does logic stand in Naruto? How far into real life logic can one go before it's considered "not logical" by Narutoverse standards?
Nevermind that. Where to begin:
DrProof and The Proof Family:
Poisoning Samehada was very interesting. Most people wouldn't consider trying/thinking about this. Although, Samehada is still a sword, and it can compete with other weapons. How tough is Samehada's skin? You said, "poison". Samehada can compete with other steel/metal weapons, I highly doubt a thin needle is able to penetrate Samehada even a little, just to poison it. So your opening still leaves me asking the question, "How? How will needles and Hiruko Tail penetrate Samehada?" Kisame start off with his sword wrapped up, so poison through the mouth wouldn't be a good debate to start off with. IMO, I did not like your opening.
Your rebuttal was amazing. It felt like you were waiting for Negative Knight to say those exact words. Very very solid.
Negative Knight:
When Naruto was poison, the Nine-Tails chakra didn't undo the poison, but once he removed the poison his wound began to heal. If by any chance, Kisame or Samehada was poison, chakra along wouldn't heal them. We all know Chiyo played a BIG part in Sakura dodging Sasori attacks. Even if you look at that scan, you see Chiyo pulling Sakura with the Chakra Strings.
Your overall assault on Sasori was okay, imo. It seem the water dome hurt, because it made the opponent a nice counter, but you redeemed yourself in the "Blown out of the Water". Stating the poison would be washed away before creating the Water Dome. I like how you go further to explain the possibility if there is still poison it will be weakened.
I personally believe it is a tie, but I must pick someone. Can vote both? lol.
DrProof - Didn't like the opening, loved the rebuttal.
NK - Opening was whatever. Love some of his arguments, and some I didn't. I'm not fan of everything you posted, but it was solid argument regardless.
NK has my vote.

You already know you set yourself up for this one. You know what manga scan is/was coming. So you should have elaborated on that more. His deployable flamethrowers would be absorbed by Samehada and converted into Kisame's own stamina
