There will be no episode on the 11th of July. 18th will be the resume of canon material with "Reinforcements Arrive!" or something like that. In any case, I guess we'll be able to see canon material through the summer and fall. My guess is the fillers start again 'round december. I wouldn't be surprised if they fit a filler in here and there between the canon material. They've done it before.

Actually the last canon episode was Shippuden 302 "Terror! The Steam Imp". There have been 16 fillers ever since and next week's filler is the last one before canon returns.
There seems to be some confusion on when canon will return... So I'll post it here.
July 4:
"Run, Omoi!"
"Hashire Omoi" (走れオモイ)
We then have a one week break
, and then canon will return on the 18th of July!July 18:

July 25:
"Madara Uchiha"
"Uchiha Madara" (うちはマダラ)

"Gathering of the Five Kage...!!"

Good question. The problem is that if they do 1 episode per chapter, the pacing might become too slow in the anime. Unless they halved the time of an episode to 10 minutes but I don't see them doing that and personally I wouldn't like it either.
Covering one chapter with one episode is impossible. Some chapters have a lot more development than others. Anyone recall the chapter where Obito saw Rin die and did nothing but "OOOHHH!!! OOH! HYAAAHH OOOH!!!" yes, very interesting episode. It would mean partially canon material and partially filler material each episode. No thank you, just leave the way it is.
