Hello everyone, and welcome to the Hidden Star Village. The last time you saw us we focused all of our power into the one star, but then, it was destroyed and we are still capable of using it's power, but we realized that we couln't just rely on the power of it. We were able to in time, make up some jutsus that involve atrological figures and stars and space. With the aprooval of pein87, I am reopening the Hidden Star Village, and we are asking people to join to become full fledged Shinobi. In this village I don't care what other villages your part of, just as long as you abide by the rules of them all.
Like any other village, we have our own custom jutsus, and our own signature jutsus, but you will have to earn your rank in society to reach the higher level jutsus. I won't reveal them to everyone yet, because only myself and cofounder Ino_Yamanaka know them. Here are some basics;
[[Misuteriasu Kujaku Kakkou]] Mysterious Peacock Form
Rank; A
Type; Attack, Defence, Supplementary
Range; Short-Long
Chakra; 20 to Activate, 10 per turn
Damage; 20 for attacking jutsus
Description; The user makes one hand seal and purple feathers of chakra appear behind them. The feathers can then be used for different forms of attacking, defending, and aiding attacks. Here are the forms; Beast, Twin Beasts, Wings, Healing, Chakra Ropes, Feather Launches, Shields, and Wrappings.
Note; Can only be used by Hidden Star Ninja.
[[Kyohaku Yabun]] Starry Night
Rank; D
Type; Supplementary
Range; N/A
Chakra; 10
Damage Points; N/A
Description; The sky is turned into a night with multiple stars in the sky. The stars can be manipulated for further use by the user, for whatever purpose needed.
Note; Can only be used by Hidden Star Ninja
[[Seiza Kankei]] Constellation Connection

Range; Short-Long
Chakra; 30
Damage; 40
Description; After using Starry Night, the user can connect the stars in the sky to make contellations. These can then be used to attack the user, like making Orion in the sky, and then he will come down to attack.
