You may want to tone down the opacity of the scan lines and look into adding a border. (Besides that, the resize on the first ones look good, but the one on Kakashi looks a bit strange.)

They're nice , nothing fancy & like someone said above about the scanlines , they can be tricky .

It looks pretty good for your first try, however I will be harsh on the critics so that you know exactly what you could improve on.

First one looks horrible (not your fault), the image itself isn't good and without the needed edits it looks LQ. The second one looks great, although you could have added some more focus to the vocal. The third one is mehhh, too many sharp edges. Also if you are new to scanlines, use diagonal scanlines since those are the easiest to work with. Also play around with the opacity/fill% and use a soft eraser at the parts where the main vocal point is.
