The ankle length grass that covered the vast plain swayed gently in the breeze that came from the direction of the medium sized lake to his left. Like the grass, his red and black striped scarf fluttered in the wind. Today he sported black pants, a long sleeve black shirt with a single large crimson rose on it's back underneath, and a leather belt around his waist that held his two swords in place. He also donned a red and white in order to keep his identity hidden since the incident in Kumogakure.

At the edge of the scenery, far off in the distance stood a magnificent volcano that seemed to have erupted some time ago. Thick black smoke billowed from it maw, darkening the sky with smoke and ash. From where Zero stood, it was only a matter of time before the ash fell upon them, but it mattered not. He wasn't alone on the plain. Before him stood the current holder of Shine-Tsu-Hiko. God of the Wind. It was a sword that was held by his oldest teacher, and he closest friend. Now he hoped to continue the line by having the sword in his possession.

With the God of Wind in his right hand, Roy would merely lift it from his side to point it at you. I hope you're ready to die, were the first words to come out of his mouth. Roy was not a typically violent person, nor one which would say something so outright to his opponent, however he'd been hiding his true intentions true behind his words.

As he spoke, and without warning or any signs, the area short range around you would rotate 180 degrees vertically, catching you completely by surprise. The jutsu's speed is so great due to its harmless nature, however, by adding more chakra and a single seal, Roy activates a jutsu which allows the spinning Wind to have great cutting damage, slicing your whole body the moment it begins to move you. The power of the jutsu is added on by another jutsu which augments, causing the wind to spiral and spin the sharpened air currents, cutting you faster, deeper and in more places.

Description:
The user snaps the fingers of one hand while focusing his chakra into the air around a specific point. A spherical area that will span short range around its epicenter, will rotate 180º either clockwise or counter clockwise (in either a horizontal or vertical axis). If an enemy is caught in the area, his body will turn and he'll be left facing the direction opposite to the one he was initially facing and may even lose his balance and fall if he is on the ground. The rotation happens at roughly 120 rpm, meaning that the half rotation will take only more or less half a second. While incapable of damaging the opponent, it can, when used correctly, be very useful in throwing the enemy off his feet. Because the air is infused with the users chakra, it makes it so that the air will forcefully move the opponent, turning him around at a blazing speed. The speed of the technique is such that it can be used against speed enhanced running/moving enemies (as long as the user can perceive the movement of the enemy) or even to intercept projectiles. When used against projectiles, the large sphere will rotate at such speed, that the projectile will continue its course albeit in the opposite direction (normal elemental weaknesses and strengths apply).

Description: A two part jutsu, Sickle Draws aims to augment Wind jutsus in specific ways, allowing the usage of simple jutsus to become more complex, and simply more dangerous in nature. The nature of this jutsu itself only allows it to work alongside the Wind element. The first part requires the user to focus more of his Wind chakra into his future Fuuton jutsu which have no cutting abilities whatsoever (supplementary, defensive type techniques), and using said chakra to sharpen the outside edges of the aforementioned jutsu. This manipulation causes a change within the technique's shape and allows the most defensive Wind jutsu the capability to inflict lethal cutting damage. The damage output would depend on the rank of the supplementary/defensive jutsu used (i.e. an A-Rank will inflict 60 damage). The second usage of this jutsu allows the user to do the same, still only working on Wind jutsus, but instead only focuses on offensive Wind techniques, simply adding a +20 damage to the jutsu used in conjunction as it adds on to whatever it is used with, rather than focusing on things which are purely defensive. When used in either form, however many hand seals the jutsu used alongside this requires, an extra one (the Ram handseal) is added on. This is added on regardless of any abilities which the user may have which allows him to perform wind jutsus without hand seals (specialty, NB sword etc.) This is an activation type jutsu and its effects apply to future wind techniques rather than pre-existing ones. Activating this ability is instant and does not consume any time whatsoever.

~ Can only be taught by Erzo. Can only be used a maximum of two times per battle/event, and once used lasts a maximum of four turns, or until deactivated. Upon it being deactivated/timing out, the user must wait a turn before being able to use again. The user can decide to use one form 2 times, or mix and match as he likes, as long as both the first and second usages are not used at the same time.


Your neck, your arms, hands, face, eyes, ears, nose, every inch of you cut deeply. The activation of the jutsu which allows this to deal damage is instant (as stated in the jutsu), allowing both to be done in conjunction, as if it were one jutsu with unrivaled speeds, only augmented further by the sword.

Simultaneously, using his left hand, Roy would throw a single non-chakra infused Kunai towards your location. Hoping it'd go amiss among the chaos occurring around you.

Roy's first words to him were rather harsh. No greeting, no acknowledgement. Just hostility and a straight jump into the battle. Really. Swordsmen these days were so disrespectful. Zero suddenly found himself being whisked upside down by the wind, and as soon as it started he felt the first cut as the wind seemed to sharpen itself in order to rip him to shreds. With limited time to react Zero used the body replacement technique to switch places with a block of wood in order to escape the immidiate vicinity of the wind sphere, and appear to its left with his own blade drawn(Still in mid-range). He took advantage of Roy's momentary shock and charged forward as he did a single handseal before performing a lateral slash from left to right, releasing a large crescent shape of wind towards the man.

As the wind neared Roy, Zero stopped and swung his sword downward in order to place it beside his leg, but this swing caused a tether of wind that connected his sword to the wind blade to be broken. Once it was broken the wind blade erupted into a violent cyclone of wind ten meters in height and five meters in diameter, sucking in Roy and dealing massive slashing damage to his entire body.

Description:
The user does a string of three hand seals and channel wind chakra into their sword and swing it towards the opponent in an arc like fashion, sending a big crescent shaped wind blade. This blade has the capability of picking up dusts and debris in it's path creating a small dust storm around it whilst travelling to the destination. The blade can be used in two ways.

1. First usage is, as it is sent towards the opponent the wind blade and the sword are tethered together with a small wind string. Now, when the user swings the sword another time, the tether between the wind blade and the sword is broken and the Blade suddenly bursts into violent cyclone of wind 10 meter in height, 5 meter in diameter sucking in anything short range around it dealing massive slashing damage.

2. Second usage is almost similar to the first usage. When the user swings the sword, the tether between the sword and blade is broken but instead of bursting into a violent massive cyclone, the blade splits into three different blades. Two blades will take a boomerang arc like path towards the sides or top of the opponent and hit them from behind after travelling a distance of mid range behind the opponent whilst the center one directly assaults the opponent. If the sword is swung to the side, then the two blades travel to the sides of the opponent, If it is swung towards the top then the two blades travel to the top of the opponent. Once the tether between the blade and the sword is broken, the technique will act on it's own accord so that the user can proceed with the next technique.

Restrictions:
*Can only be used twice per battle*
*Even with the tether, the blades cannot be controlled*
*Must have a turn gap before usage*
*No wind techniques above A rank in the same turn and in the next turn*
*No Chakra related Kenjutsu moves in the same turn and above B rank chakra related Kenjutsu in the next turn*
*When using the second application of the technique, the S-rank is divided by 3 (swords), thus making each sword B-rank in power.

Asked to check this by Erzo. Substitutions, are by definition, done with to get somewhere short-range of your initial position, meaning you're still in the range of his technique. Erzo wins.
I just wanna make sure that You're sure about this, because I've used this tech almost the exact same way and there's never been a problem.

Other than that it have been proven on several ocassions that the replacement technique doesnt require anything within arms reach. NOT only in the manga and anime but also on the base in an official test; heck, that was even performed mid-air.
Ontop of so, what Venom asked was the replacement of another person, which upon Scorps judgement was based on. Not another inanimate object. Its allowed to be dubious, ask questions and not just follow the supposedly sheepherder, NK.

Next time id suggest using the proper technique, AJ.

I believe the information could prove useful for other individuals, and the example you brought up only counts for replacement of other people, and not inanimate objects e.g. a block of wood. Assume what you want, but it's a future notice for the participators and those have read it.

As annoying as you, or it may be, your opinion is valued as a sensei. But you could have just as easily VMed AJ, and even NK to suggest adding that on to his post or something, instead of posting here and loosely calling a mod who has done me a favour and checked a fight of mine, a follower.
