after killing his next criminal. The sky started to cry, or was it rain. Hakumen was confused as to why alot of people suddenly disturbed his peace in his own palace.. As it rain hakumen looked up into the sky which was now dark from the thunderclouds. The rain hitting his helmet as thoughts protruded through his brain

As Hakumen thinks this to himself, he walks into his palace, and sits on his throne with a clear view of the outside world sitting stiff as always. Hakumen mind was now blank

Interrupting Hakumens thoughts Ragna shouted from afar (mid range) Hakumen, I’ve come for your famed sword. I’ll pry it from your dead hands just as you did, or you could just give up peacefully and maintain an unscarred ego. I’ve waited for this moment a long time. Now that it is here I will not lose to someone like you/

Ragna stared down his opponent as he blew out a puff of smoke almost as a warning of what was to come. He begin producing smoke and created a smoke clone to his left but was never blinded in the process.

“Now get the hell off of your chair!”

Performing the Rabbit, Rat, Horse, Ram handseals Ragna slammed his hands on the ground and released massive amounts of Raition underneath Hakumen as it pooled beneath him and then erupted in a column of electricity. Not wanting to stop there Ragna exhaled after performing three handseals and then inhaled a fire blast at the surface at where he attacked Hakumen. With the fire passing through the Raiton it erupted into a maelstrom of fire causing the fire and lightning to envelop each other in a devastating combo destroying the throne and Hakumen.

“I’ll be the first to take it from you!”

When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.

Hakumen hearing a familar voice. Still sitting stiff on his throne but his eyes widen.. With no suprise he saw somebody he once fought, almost killed but spared. During Hakumen Reign as Kazekage.. It was a guy name Ragna.. His chakra still the same and he didnt even need to use his armor to verify it

So you used your 2nd Life I gave you just to die again? Very well. I* shall show you justice in the form of death

As Hakumen says this, he sees you create a person out of smoke.. This instantly irritated Hakumen as he fought somebody before who used clones as a way to fight. Hakumen thought very cowardly of it. Hakumen quickly did several handseals right as the clone forms, Causing the earth below both you and your clone to turn into phosphorous in 8 meters around you, Right after hakumen does another handseal to channel fire chakra into it, causing the phosphorus to ignite, exploding causing severe 3 Degree burns.. This automatically disperse your smoke clone allowing my smoke to spread. If not safely removed from the smoke this could easily kill you

Description: The user performs a set of 3 hand seals and slams his hand on the ground and spreads his Phosphorus chakra into the ground turning the regular earth into phosphorus up to a maximum of 8 meters radius around the target. As the ground turns to phosphorus the user will then use an explosive tags or fire jutsus or channel his fire chakra over the created phosphorus to ignite it.
When the opponents comes directly in contact with the ignited phosphorus covered ground, they'll suffer severe third degree burns.
Further the combustion releases a large amount of dark gray-black chemical smoke from the reaction of burning phosphorus with air causing chemical irritation to eyes, throat, mucus membranes, lungs, etc upon contact.
If the smoke comes in contact with the opponent's eyes it will produce intense irritation, burning sensation, blurring of vision along with watering until it has been cleared from the eye. If the fumes are inhaled, it causes intense burning pain inside the chest and results in difficulty in breathing leaving the opponents unable to use jutsus via their mouth (which requires inhalation & exhalation) for one turn.
Note(s):
Can transform any patch of natural earth into phosphorus within the range with the exception of patches being used or used by other techniques.
Can be used 3 times per battle with at least one turn apart.
The user can't perform any other S rank phosphorus jutsus in the same turn and the next turn.
Channeling fire chakra to ignite counts as a move.

Upon seeing the ground change color Ragna was caught a little surprised. This was noticed after Hakumen threaded some handseals. Knowing this was not simply to make a fashion statement for the earth, Ragna deduced this would be bad. It was his theory that this was the dreaded phosphorus release he has heard about; in fact, Its creator had lived within Ragna’s same village so he knew some of its properties. By channeling Raiton chakra through the ground (slam my hand on the ground) to negate the phosphorus in the ground Ragna would avoid being hit by the phosphorus as you would essentially not be able to manipulate this further. However with an eight meter radius it could be plausible that there would be some to ignite to far from Ragna to do harm but it would still be there (not sure bout this but I know I should be in the clear). Not inhaling Ragna slammed his hands on the ground to summon a large Earthen Golemn that then went to attack Hakumen by basically smashing him with his fist.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Description: The user creates a even larger and stronger version of Earth Release: Stone Golem Technique. However, unlike the smaller version, the user creates this stone golem from the ground solely. The user will slam his hand on the ground, manipulating it and shaping it into a large warrior of stone which he can control as long as he keeps his hand in contact with it or with the ground and keeps fueling the technique with chakra. The golem can reach heights of 30 meters and is quite massive but seems to also be capable of moving quite fast as well.

^_^ Perfect man. Perfect... Nagashi is one of the only ways to stop that technique. You are able to deduce its phosphorous cause the color change, and the fact you metgamed by having the creator in konoha was... Well to me its legal.. some ppl might trip but its very plausible to me. ^_^ also their is no phosphorus. It was negated.. ^_^




As Hakumen sees that the person indeed have gotten stronger. It indeed made him smirk.. Something he hadnt done in years.. Hakumen knew this guy would be the next best shinobi.. Latent Potential.. That needed unlocking. Right as the boy made a huge golem appear. Hakumen quickly coated his hands in lightning that gave off a rotation spring type look. Hakumen clashed his 2 fist with the golem fist, creating a powerful shockwave due to the impact. Right after the clash not only did the golem hand become destroyed, the lightning transferred to the whole golem body paralyzing it (If not negating the chakra out of it

The rotational effect of the punches helps to deliver the lightning with extra power and speed dealing a strong amount of damage whilst paralysing the target through the stomache preventing them from properly moving and drastically restricting their speed.

As Hakumen does this, at the very same time he activate his armor while activating his mandalore pride. The pride to be the best.. his intent for blood lusting. Hakumen wanted to bridge the gap.. He knew who was superior in both ninjutsu, and genjutsu... but taijutsu was something this boy.. no.. Man could prove to him. Hakumen as crazy as it seems, wanted to lose to this person.. but not to a weakling

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.

Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.

Active Abilities:
Helmet
-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).
Body Armor
-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

Note: In the abilities where its not stated, there is no move cost per activation
Note: The armor is in everything like a CW, having to be posted in the users bio and in the beginning of the fight.
Note: Each clan member has an armor which different looks but all have the above abilities


(Mandalorian Senpai: Mandolore Shi) - Elder Mandalorian: Mandolore Pride

Description : The will to keep fighting even if in the worsts situations or simply the will and pride a mandolore has. Mandolorians whom want to keeping fighting for their sheer thirst for blood, will use their will and force from deep within them, to keep fighting and gain a small boost. Only the strongest of the Mandolorian clan members are able to use this, feeling the need to protect their younglings and having too much pride to lose a battle. Upon using their will, the Mandolore gains +5 extra to all ninjutsu they use, and +10 to all taijutsu aswell. After the technique is worn out, the user's stamina decreases depending on the situation. If used at the start of battle then they will decrease -5 on all ninjutsu and -10 to all taijutsu he uses, for the next turn only. If used when being already worn out (after 4-6 turns have passed before using) their stamina will decrease the same way, however, it will remain like that for the following 3 turns.

Note: Only lasts 5 turns.
Note: Only useable x1 per battle.
Note: Must be a mandolorian clan member for atleast 2 weeks, before using.

Would it be strange if you wanted a fight to last for eternity? That is how Ragna felt as the Raition headed toward his Golemn certain to destroy it. The golemn being useless since the lightning hit Ragna slid down the other side jhumping off as the Raiton hit and destroyed the fist and the Golemn crumbled down. He then unsheated one of his nine swords and swung it diagonaly at Hakumen expelling a red wave of chakra as he entered mid range. When on the ground Ragna combined this with a second red wave of chakra this inverted from the first strike so that they made an X. He pondered on how he could approach this enemy. He remembered how much trouble his armor gave him the last battle. He could break out of genjutsu, he could move much faster, attack much stronger, he knew more jutsu. Was this all for naught or could he really beat this person? Ragna pushed these thoughts out of his head, he could not feel defeated as he continued to fight or else it would be certain death. Making two handseals he then channeled chakra to create a fair size swamp around Hakumen causing him to become ensnared within it causing him to sink in the bottomless pit.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

What you did was not just give me an opening but allowed me to take control of the battle. Most times when you do frontal attacks, most people will counter with stronger techniques vs dodging. It would have been better if you followed up with a strong technique (Frontal) so it wouldve been.. Kenjutsu Red Wave > Kenjutsu Yellow Wave (Mine) > Your frontal attack behind it.. meaning you wouldnt have to use another technique to defend... Never give your opponent time to simple sit and "Wait" your next move..


Hakumen seeing the guy draw a sword. Hakumen knew what was to come next. He can also sense (With his helmet and his sword) the build up in chakra in your sword. He quickly take out his sword from his back. As he does he sees you create 2 waves of pure chakra in the shape of an X. He quickly grip his sword, hold it above his head and draw it downward, creating a thin but very powerful compressed wave of sharp chakra that emits from his blade that cuts through your red crimson chakra and head towards your direction. But weakened.

Description: Kendo is one of the most basic styles of kenjutsu. Even those not trained in kendo unknowingly use it. It is basically fighting with a sword while having both hands gripped on the handle. As said, very basic. This is only special, when in use by a kenjutsu master and specialist. Those with specialties in kenjutsu would normally only grip their sword with one hand when using their sword, as one hand is more than enough to overwhelm a normal opponent. However, when using Kendo, they will not only grip their sword with both hands, but will also flow an excessive amount of chakra into the blade of the sword. The chakra flowed through the sword is thin concentrated, translating into destructive and cutting power. With one slice, they can easily slice an opponents body straight through the middle with ease. It posseses enough power to shatter Earth Jutsu of the same rank, and will easy slice through a defence.
~Only usable by bio's that have a specialty in kenjutsu.
~Can only be used 4 times per conflict

Right as that happens, he does the snake handseal causing the opponent to see a mermaid in the water nearbyus (We are surrounded by water) Also a rainbow. As the mermaid shows up it starts to sing beautiful tunes that not only sound relaxing but releasing toxins in the body to make the user relax without any real restraint. As the mermaid starts to sing, Hakumen quickly releases two orbs from his crimson demon sword that surround him as he awaits your move, now being in short range of you

the user will make the opponents hear a beautiful voice and see a rainbow of bright colors coming from a beautiful mermaid in the water. As soon as they hear the mermaid singing, their bodies are fooled into releasing several relaxing chemicals, inducing a state of calm and oblivion that sets itself until it induces complete sleep. This is done by fooling the opponents brain into hearing the calming music and soothing voice of the mermaid, that will relax them and induce a state of bliss, responsible for the eventual sleep state
-Takes 2 turns to induce full sleep if not released.
-the mermaid can only appear inside a water source that is in short-mid of both user and opponent.
-Only taught by Professor Sarutobi.

Description: The user focuses his chakra into Sanada Yukimura which then starts to release the chakra from the blade. The chakra forms two orbs that hover around the user. On command these orbs can destroy an incoming attack, neutralizing it without visible damage.

☛ Can only be used twice per battle
☛ The two orbs can be sacrificied at once to stop one forbidden-rank jutsu
This jutsu works as long as the user wants but he needs to pay +5 chakra each turn and if the two orbs have been sacrificied, the jutsu ends

Ragna's straightforward combo was easily countered as both attacks clashed and canceled out at which time Ragna began to see a mermaid materialize out of the water and sing.

"SEXY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DO EXIST!!!!!!!!"

That is when Ragna realized that the water the mermaid came out of was not rippling. Her movement to come out of the water should have made the waters move but they didn't.

"Nice try."

Channeling Raition throughout his entire body omnidirectionally Ragna broke out of the genjutsu only to find Hakumen creating sphere's around himself, most likely a defensive measure.

"I have to break through."

Ragna lowered the ground so fast that Hakumen would be immobile as he lowered it down to about 50 meters at high speeds. Performing the Ram handseal Ragna caused the ground beneath Hakumen to turn into a pit sucking everything in its viscinity until it becomes buried underground.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.

As Hakumen sensed the lightning surging up in his body, Hakumen knew what was coming next. As the lightning releases from your body, so does the orb around my body. Due to me being a lightning specialist.. The Nagashi doesnt paralyze me as I continue to jolt over towards you, I realize the chakra in the ground below me is pooling chakra. Soon as I deduce that it quickly starts to drop. With about a second momentum I activate my jetpack and boost towards you without falling. Soon as that happen, Hakumen activate his strength stimilant level 2 and all of a sudden appears behind you. As He appears behind you, he channels chakra into his left leg, swinging it towards your spin section enough to do mid harm to you at the same time sending you flying

-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).

-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

Seeing Hakumen start to fly towards him after he was about to start lowering the ground Ragna snickered in annoyance as he almost forgot how good that armor was. It was as if he could tell what he was doing before he did it. First things first he had to stop his movements. Channeling his Raiton chakra yet again he summoned chains the encircled Hakumen trapping him inside preventing further movement toward Ragna. Using the natures of Fire and Lightning release to his advantage Ragna performed a single handseal and spewed out a wide range of flames although less concentrated allowing him to engulf Hakumen who was within the Raiton cage and destroy him.

Hakumen, relying heavy on his sensing, senses that a pool of lightning chakra surrounding him. without a second or moment of hesitation, soon as the lightning form he directs one of his celestial orb towards the lightning chains thats binding him that completely negate and disperse the lightning around him, while at the very same time.. Since the celestial spear is the sword technique, Hakumen lets out a spear of lightning from his mouth at the very same time he disperse the chains around him making them both happen at the same time. Due to us being short range, it would be extremely hard to dodge but not impossible (My celestial sphere technique was posted already.. Look down at the bottom.. )

Seeing his cage disperse around Hakumen Ragna could just view the flash of light that was a bolt heading toward him almost instantly at that range as a point became brighter due to it coming close to Ragna. In a quick reaction Ragna swiped his hand at the bolt using channeled futon chakra at his fingertips for an incredibly fast technique to overpower the ration and continue it toward him. It was probably the fastest tech available at the time in such a dire situation. Ragna also took note of the Sphere missing around Hakumen. Not wanted to leave an opening Ragna used this tech twice one on each hand in consecutive swipes at Hakumen. He couldn’t make this to easy on him.

When Ragna saw his wind blade pass through Hakumen the first time he noticed he had turned into water just in time to avoid being sliced by the wind, he then saw it happen the second time and by this time he knew what he was going to do. Due to the force of both wind attacks he still had to reform and that would take some time relative to the speed of this next attack. Forming the chidori Ragna shot multiple senbon out of it at high speed aimed at Hakumen. The senbon traveled at great speeds and being in this range coupled with Hakumen’s reformation it would be difficult to reform to his physical form, and dodge or counter this move after reforming. Being a pool of water this would electrocute Hakumen. Knowing his friend well as he could most likely find a way out of this situation Ragna did not stop there. After the senbons were shot Ragna formed the chidori in the other hand and dashed toward him not really needing to since they were already in short range of each other allowing this to be done quickly Ragna extended the chidori into a spear that hurled him mid range into the air and made an electrical explosion.

The time frame you are using is very tight. I was within striking range for about 2 turns to give the fight some edge and spunk but you I guess kept interupting.. I dunno. The timeframe is almost not even there. but oh well. So with that being said, its about time I attempt to end this. Goodluck

Soon as hakumen dashes forward slightly still in his water form he senses a build up in lightning chakra in his hands. Not being able to make it in time he stops wheres hes at while sending his orb forward soon as he sees your senbons launch from your hand nullifying the technique. (This isnt my first technique, it was the orb sphere that was laying dormant) Right as the senbons are being shot and nullified it bought me enough time to reform. Soon as I reform, I stomp one foot on the ground causing the ground below you to catapult to your left (my right into the ocean) This is before you fire off your chidori sharp sphere

Being knocked to the air as Ragna traveled upwards he used the height advantage to shoot out a powerful bolt down at Hakumen by clapping his hands together after covering them in Raiton, that would easily pierce through and destroy him leaving a giant crater where the lightning stuck as he landed using his chakra in his lungs he exhaled and blew out a strong stream to move him to a piece of land instead of the ocean that was intended.

(Lightning attack happens as soon as I’m flying in the air whether you get your second technique off before it hit wasn’t too sure but I moved out of its way anyway through the stream.)

As you fly off into the sky, Hakumen about to use his rain jutsu takes physical notice of the gathering of lightning chakra in both of your hands. This made hakumen change his initial plan.. He put his right leg infront of his left leg facing the ocean. Making it that soon as your lightning jutsu begins to fire off, He dashes off into the ocean right below you at 1st gate speed. He reached the ocean under you before the lightning could strike his location. Hakumen didnt only rely on his chakra sensing via his sword and helmet but it was the physical lightning that was created from your hand that made him act swiftly

Right as Im above you, i can sense the build up of wind chakra in your mouth. I quickly prepare for a counter. As this happens hakumen sees you spew out wind from your mouth in a slower motion (able to track you with 1T speed of course) He quickly causes several tendrils to shoot up out of the water in the path you are heading. The Tendrils of water has a sticky like quality that quickly shoots up and attaches to you. Soon as it attaches to you he quickly have the tendril to slam back down to the water which will do damage as you forcefully hit the water

With his hands and fingers stil free although he was being dragged down to the ocean with such force I perform the snake handseal and harden my body just before I hit the water (mid range I think since I blew the air out) My armor would be destroyed but as Im unscathed I stand up then manipulate gigantic fireballs to appear out of portals either side of Hakumen and as they appear a ring of fire surrounds him so that he cannot go forward nor backwards, I then use another technique performing 4 handseals that then causes a large dragon to appear above Hakumen as it resonates with the other fireballs creating a transparent pyramid around him exploding, and eradicating everything within it.

Description: After performing a set of 4 handseals, the user gathers a huge amount of fire chakra and releases it into the air, causing a portal similar to the "Sticky Earth Drop" technique to open to either of two opposite sides of the intended target, each portal is released 15 meters away from the opponent basically a Mid range to both of his sides, summoning two identical meteor sized fireballs which are extremely compressed towards the opponent, approaching him from the two opposite sides, when the Fireballs each are 10 meters away from the opponent they resonate with each other, causing a "link" of fire to spread out connecting the two fireballs resulting in a ring of fire that's made around the opponent, entrapping him in the area he's in, however the opponent can escape vertically upwards since the ring of fire doesn't cover above him it only covers around him, the heat released from these two fireballs are enough to cause sweat to drip down the opponent's body when it's summoned out of the portals, letting him know the danger he's in, each Meteor sized fireball is considered an S-rank Fire technique, since it's an Forbidden-rank divided in two, when hit by either fireballs, anything caught in between the two fireballs will be crushed and burned severely.

Description: This is a variant of the original "Fire Release: Twin Crushing Meteors" technique, in which after the user forms 4 other handseals, a portal is created above the opponent which is similar to the "Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop" technique, summoning one Large sized dragon that heads onto the opponent from above him, when used solely this technique can only make the dragon that hits the opponent head on delivering burning damage to them, however when this technique is used after/in conjunction with the "Fire Release: Twin Crushing Meteors" technique the Fire dragon and the two meteor sized fireballs resonate with one another, forming a semi transparent pyramid shaped barrier of fire around the opponent which can be clearly seen with normal eyes, which explodes eradicating anyone within the barrier, The Dragon is normally made at least 5 meters above the opponent's height.

Soon as you plummet into the ocean, I stop the channeling of chakra into my feet that I also plummet into the ocean, but I start holding my breath before hand as It was not a surprise to me. Once done, Hakumen quickly manipulate the water around you to harden similar to jello in a 10x10m . This will cause you to be traped and stationed under water drowning in the cube of water
