Such a noticeable genjutsu, as the world turns dark and a flower appears beneath me, not even shifting the density of the floor I'm in, and not accomodating for the clones that were besides me. Without breaking a sweat, I move the chidori close to my left hand, releasing a small burst of lightning, snapping me out of the genjutsu, before I proceed with the Kirin:

Feeling a slight numbness on my left hand, I start opening and closing it repeatedly, resuming circulation and regaining complete motion, accelerating the healing. It does not prevent circulation, it just cuts down the dexterity.
Btw, in your condition, you should not be able to use a genjutsu, or much of anything at all. You are poisoned. Your bones are dust, and you should be falling on the ground, unable to move or breath all too well. Why are you ignoring that? In fact, as the pillars rose, even if you were close to eachother for support, you were both weak, you should have fallen against the boulders I rose. Pillars which, now that I think about it, should have break, due to both jutsus cancelling eachother. But sure, let bygones be bygones. Remember the infection and the blood loss. You shouldn't have any blood now, you've been spilling copious amounts of blood from your leg for 4 turns.
Anywho, as you release the tornado wall towards the gian, the Kirin should strike you. My right clone quickly uses:

Description: The user makes one handseal, placing all the targets in the area under an illusion where feathers appear to fall from the sky. This slowly puts the opponents to sleep after one turn.
The genjutsu should hit you before the Kirin, flicking a bunch of feathers all around you, with all the chaos and disruption, discretely putting you too sleep. You were all already weak and groggy from the infection, this just makes it permanent. If you did not fell from the pillars, you do now.
The third jutsu doens't even have a chance to be done. (Then again, you can't, since it can only be used once)
