I usually go first, but let's see how far you've gotten. Have the first move.

It was a fine morning. Kakuzu of Kumogakure and The Raikage Gin Ichimaru were taking a casual walk along the village. Kumo was finally peaceful after continuous wars and betrayal. The village, the people, everyone seemed it be happy. Kakuzu gave a hesitated look towards Gin, Gin noticed that but kept his silence. they made their way towards the village borderlands to check out stuffs their. Kakuzu was trying to say something to Gin but he could come up with what he want to say. Gin noticed this..with a false smile as always! xD.

"Go ahead Kakuzu..Spit it out...what is that thing you are struggling to say to me.I have never seen you giving such weird reactions before heh..."
"Heh, Gin..Tell me what is Kumogakure to you?"
"My home, My village, My Legacy...I will protect it with my life. Why do you ask that Kaku san?". Gin replied.
"When you say it is your legacy, doesn't it mean that you have to pass it down to someone worthy?? In order to keep kumo's will of excellence to keep growing...??"

There was a complete silence. Air hustling around them. Chill breeze surrounding them..Kakuzu watched gins face with a sense of curiosity. Ichimaru gin maintained his smile and turned towards kakuzu..In a swift action Gin smacked kakuzu's head with his hand..

"Baaaka, are you saying me to make you the next Raikage? You are still a little turt..Baaka.."
"Smh, You are depict situations wrongly. I was talking about the sword. I have beens asking for that battle to weild that god of lightning for a long time..." *le naruto annoying face*
"hahahaha!!! hmmmm..Alright then. Lets get it started shall we? heh"

Kakuzu and Gin quickly jumped mid range to each other smiling.
"Gin san, Try not to kill me as am one of your valuable soldier. On the other hand, I won't hesitate to defeat ya! xD"

Gin give a small smirk, "Try your Best Kiddo! "

Noticing Gin has moved to Mid range from him, Kakuzu quickly makes a single hand seal and creates a large volume of water from his mouth spitting it towards the ground lifting him up into the air. The waves produced by expelling the water travels towards Gin attacking him. The whole place was filled with ocean level water. Now with Kakuzu standing on the water surface, He quickly makes a single hand seal and summons the Queen of all piranhas, belladonna.

Bella : "Kakuzu boy, Why did you summon me??" Take a look around. "Oye! Isn't that the Raikage?"
Kakuzu : "Yes, about time he accepted the challenge. Aid me. Will yeah?"
Bella : "Sure, Lets have some fun with him! "

With that being said, Bella goes under the water and raises up short range behind him. As soon as it reaches short range behind him, she shoots a barrage of poison senbons that pierces Gin.

The user will perform the Necessary hand seals and by their tattoo in the hand they will summon the Queen of Piranha's. The Queen Belladonna.Queen Belladonna is Said to be the Queen of all the Piranhas. She stands at half the Size of Toad boss Gamabunta. Queen belladonna can only be summoned in water, and also large water source like the water source created by the Exploding colliding waves technique or a lake or a sea etc. Queen Belladonna is blessed with Robust Skin, and Hard spikes surrounding her Body which makes her Highly resistable upto A rank Suiton Techniques. Belladonna is said to be the queen of Ocean and the Mother of all Piranhas, She can use up to S rank Water techniques. The most peculiar character of Belladonna is the Poisonous spikes that are present near her head. A small pore like opening is present at the tip of these poisonous spikes. This pore acts as the opening for the Poison to be shot from the summon. The poison is made into a senbon and then it is shot at the opponent.
The speed of the Poisonous Senbon that is shot at the opponent equal to the speed of the Chidori senbon technique. Now regarding the effects of the Senbon, It can be classified into two stages.
1.Initial pierce.
2.Paralyzing Venom.

1. During the Initial pierce i.e the time when the senbon pierces the skin of the opponent. The opponent will only feel a slight pain like a needle prick during this stage. The venom of summon will be transferred to the Blood of the opponent during this stage. During this stage the opponent will not feel any effect of the poison. This stage lasts for two turns. (Including the turn the user makes next)

2.During this phase the Venom starts the action. After being affect by the venom for two turns in the next turn the venom will cause Partial Paralysis to the opponent. As an effect of the venom, both the hands of the opponent will go Numb which make then unable to use hand based taijutsu techniques and also the opponent will not be able to make any hand seals. Ho ever, the other parts of the body of the opponent except the hands will be fully functional i.e the opponent will still be able to move their legs and their main body. This Partial paralysis stage lasts for two turns so the total venom effect last for three turns including the initial pierce. After the venom effects withers off the opponent will have severe muscle pain which make him unable to use A rank and above taijutsu techniques for two turns.

If the opponent gets hit again by the Poison senbons from belladonna again while the previous poison is still in effect in the opponents body then as soon as the opponent gets hit by the senbons, it will lead to total paralysis which make the opponent immobile for the rest of the turns until the Poison effect withers off. The senbons Doesn't do actual damage than serving as a medium to induce the poison but they can withstand up to B rank damage.

It was a normal day for the Sandaime Raikage; Gin. He only had a couple paper works to finish but he was a bit tired and decided to put them aside for the mean time as he went by his office window and looked outside. The village has been quite peaceful for such a good while now. Some of the officers left for business purpose and Gin thought war would break out since other villages would more than likely notice some of the big guns leaving. But nothing happen, the borderland patrol guards came in and reported the status of the borders daily to him and it was all good.

Today Gin decided to take a stroll throughout the village and go check up on everyone. Since becoming the Raikage he hasn’t been able to go around and mingle around with his villagers as before, so today he decided to do this on a ‘day off’ from office work. Leaving the Kage mansion he walked through the town and ran up to one of his soldiers and trusty village family; Kakuzu. Something about him was weird today though. After a short conversation both men came to the conclusion that they were heading in the same direction, so both of them walk in unison through the village towards the borderlands.

Gin notice Kakuzu looking at him every minute though as if he wanted to ask or say something to his Raikage. What could it be? Gin wondered in his mind and kept his smile as usual. After reaching the borderlands, both men were alone so Gin decided to break the silence and ask him what he wanted. Both men had a man to man conversation and Kakuzu finally admitted he wanted the God of Lightning. Looking around he didn’t see anybody either so he accepted the challenge and jump to mid-range, taking on his normal fighting stance or maintaining eye contact with Kakuzu.

Gin smirked as kakazu begins to spit water out of his mouth towards the ground. He takes his lightning spear and swings it once. Out come a bunch of pillars that rise up around Kakazu and trap him in his own ocean. Of course, he can stand on top of the water, he's no kiri ninja. Gin expected him to counter that little trick, but he wasn't done there.

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. Using this technique, the user creates sixteen giant pillars by using his lightning chakra to shape the ground into a multitude of pillars, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

After the walls have reached their maximum height, Gin slams the lightning sword at the ground, causing a lightning pillar to shoot up from underground and electrify the whole water source inside the pillars. Kakazu will either be standing on the water source or his mouth will still be spewing out water connecting him to the lightning. Gin then forms a hand seal as your dealing with the water/lightning and creates a clone. Him the original goes to hide behind a tree to the far right (your left) in the forest. Testing out your ability to figure out the clone and find him. By the time Kakazu is done with the attack he'd see Gin (the clone) standing mid range in front of him. Like nothing changed.

As Kakuzu spews the water from his mouth and lifts himself up, a large column of pillar raises up and traps him in a huge oven like box. Kakuzu now stops spewing out water from his mouth and concentrates his wind chakra in his hands and creates a staff made up of condensed wind and dashes towards the large oven, breaks it with the staff and jumps out of the oven to see Ichimaru Gin standing in front of him.

"That's some sneaky trick Gin san.! "

As soon as his breaks from the Oven, Kakuzu throws the staff towards gin as he descends to the ground. While the Staff is thrown towards gin, Kakuzu quickly performs a single hand seal and make the staff to grow wings that would further speed up the staff. As the staff heads directly towards gin, due to the wind that it grew, it slightly deviates from its path and misses gin by a slight distance. Now as the staff misses gin and as it reaches 1-2 meters from gin, Kakuzu makes an another hand seal and makes the staff to form into a 7 meter wide vortex with its current position as the epicenter. The Vortex sucks in gin , cuts him and deals heavy damage.

Description: The user begins by gathering up a considerable amount of chakra in his palms followed by clapping them together near his chest.. Once that is done, the user takes his hands apart but as they move away from each other the user uses shape manipulation around wind currents and forms a staff made of condensed wind. The staff is approximately the same height as the user and about a foot in diameter and is very similar to the wind blade technique, in both visual tangibility and cutting potential
Close range abilities:
The staff's main use is to be used in close combat, where it is able to be used as a normal staff, though it has the cutting abilities of an S-rank wind blade
Mid range use:
The staff can also be used at a range, in which it gained.its name "butterfly staff". The user can simply throw the staff like a spear but as It's in mid flight the user does a single hand seal thus transforming the staff as it moves. The staff quickly sprouts from its sides a pair of wings that resemble that of a butterfly's. This allows the staff to not only pick up speed and killing potential but also also allows the user to control it in mid flight to hit opponents. While be controlled, the staff has to always be moving forward and can't turn around nor make sharp turns..
At any point while flying, the user can do one more hand seal which results in the wind exploding into a 7m wide vortex of wind that would suck things from 5m out into it while also cutting anything that comes into contact with it up

Closely watching gin weather he is going to get cut by the vortex or how he counters it, Kakuzu channels chakra all over his body and releases the dark thread that stick up his body. From his body comes out three animal like creatures that is completely made up of Dark thread. the fire and wind maks takes a arc like part and runs towards the right side of the opponent to reach 10 meter from his right side while the lightning mask and kakuzu runs towards the left side of the opponent to reach the same distance. kakuzu hides himself behind the huge lightning animal while running.

As Kakuzu's skin is still stitched to keep his humanoid form when not used, he can take advantage of this technique to propel his hands or limbs at great distances and grab a target. Its also this technique that allows Kakuzu to detach his masks from his own body to form the "animals" which he uses in combat.

Gin watches as Kakazu launch himself out of the oven, he then continues with his plan (skipping a step if he has to) even tho Kakazu can see him and forms a single hand seal. Instead this time he creates two clones. Aizen and Tosen with the former being on the left and the latter being on the right. Kakazu than throws the little stick he used to get out of the cage. Just the stick. Gin and his clones looked at each other like

He thinks we bullshittin' huh? My... he actually wants to die.

Gin himself takes a couple steps back while simultaneously the two clones get to work. One pulls out a scroll and releases a large fire dragon out of the scroll that is sent attacking Kakazu's way. The other focuses lightning chakra and a dragon head is formed around him and encircles him before going and wrapping around and creating the ultimate attack.

Gin watches as Kakazu launch himself out of the oven, he then continues with his plan (skipping a step if he has to) even tho Kakazu can see him and forms a single hand seal. Instead this time he creates two clones. Aizen and Tosen with the former being on the left and the latter being on the right. Kakazu than throws the little stick he used to get out of the cage. Gin himself takes a couple steps back while simultaneously the two clones get to work. One pulls out a scroll and releases a large fire dragon out of the scroll that is sent attacking Kakazu's way. The other focuses lightning chakra and a dragon head is formed around him and encircles him before going and wrapping around and creating the ultimate attack.

As Kakuzu Breaks out of the Oven and throws the Staff towards Ichimaru Gin, The clone that was created by Gin ichimaru was spewing out a Fire dragon and a lightning Dragon towards him. As soon as the clones spew out the technique, Kakuzu quickly kneads his water chakra in his mouth and spews it out in the form of a dense torrent to form a near instant barricade that intercepts the combo. As the fire dragon and the water wall clashes, a dense mist is emanated from the water wall that hinders the vision for both the parties.

By taking advantage of the mist that was produced, Kakuzu now quickly channels his chakra all over his body to rip open the dark threads that enclose his body in order to release the demonic masks that are present inside his body. he was able to release the wind mask, fire mask and the lightning mask from his body. The wind and fire mask took a arc like part towards the left of the opponent with the fire mask slightly behind the left of wind mask while the lightning and Kakuzu took a leap and moved long range from Gin with the lightning mask on the right side of Kakuzu. As the wind mask was running towards the opponent's left in a arc like fashion, It released a huge blast of wind that obliterated anything in it's path. severely damaging Gin Ichimaru. z.z
