It is exactly what it sounds like, a lottery for RP related stuff!!!
♢ How does it work?
There will be a total of a hundred numbers of which several will be tagged with some kind of RP-related thing (CM, bio permissions, etc.). Most of them however will simply be tagged with Burn'chips. A name of an RPer and a number between 1-100 will be randomly chosen by faith. That RPer will get whatever that number is tagged with.
Example: Pekoms and the number 13 are drawn. 13 is tagged with a CM (earth), so Pekoms gets a CM (earth).

♧ How do I participate?
Every RPer can participate, it doesn't require any requirements other than having at least one approved bio. If you want to participate, you post in this thread: "I, [your name inserted here], solemnly swear that I am on NB for good."
♡ When will the draw be?
The draw will, at the moment, be on on Sunday the 11th of May. No hour specified and the day may change.
♤♢♧♡ Additional info:
➔ A person can be drawn multiple times, so it's not that when you are drawn, you are out of the game.
➔ In the case you win an RP prize, but don't have yet all the other requirements (this depends on what you won), the prize remains valid till you do have the requirements.
➔ In the case you win an RP prize, but don't want it, it can be traded in for an additional regular CJ slot. In the case you win two prizes you don't want, it can be traded in for an additional CEJ slot (only for one CE and you need to have an already approved CE) and in the case you win three prizes you don't want, it can be traded in for an additional CC slot (only if you have created your own CC that has been approved).
➔ In the case you win three Chips, they can be traded in for an additional draw as the amount of draws is limited. People are allowed to place their chips together.
➔ At this point there will be a hundred numbers and 25 draws. However this might be increased depending on how many people participate.
➔ Any person busted on using multiple accounts can forget any kind of RP permission or benefit for ever.
➔ Before the draw a list will be posted showing which numbers are tagged with which prizes. They will mainly be low-medium level RP prizes.
