Kid is always dressed in a refined manner, mostly because of his status. He limits his main wardrobe to a standard black business suit with white rectangles, until later on in the anime series when he is seen wearing a white coat instead of a black one. The rectangles are placed in a manner that is completely symmetrical. The main rectangle goes straight down the chest of the jacket, while a set of squares wrap around each shoulder blade. His undershirt is a formal white dress shirt with the shinigami symbol as his top button. His color scheme is meant to copy his father's. When going out on mission, Kid will typically cover himself in a cloak and mask that makes him look like a smaller version of his father.
Personality:
Kid suffers from obsessive-compulsive personality disorder, or OCPD, which is represented as an obsession about everything having to be perfectly symmetrical and takes the idea of perfection to the extremes. To him, anything symmetrical is beautiful and if it is off by any measurement (a picture frame off by millimeter, or a pose that is slightly out of place), he will try to correct it right away, even if the situation calls for utmost attention. His favorite number being 8 because of its symmetry.

Background Info.
History:
He was born on the shores of Kirigakure.His family lived in a very small house on the bank of the sea of kirigakure.He and his brothers were talented shinobi.They had a Sensei named Kumitasu. She was one of the best Hyouton users in the village.Since they were from the same clan(haku's clan) they would train nonstop until they were prepared to use Hyouton. Kid went through do months of Water and Wind Training until he mastered both elements. Since he was an incredibly fast learner he completed training before his brothers. They grew jelous and tried to kill him in his sleep. He was buried alive on the shore.The next day his brothers swore they saw Kid walking towards the training ground.They wiped their eyes and he wasn't there.When they started to begin ice training Death the Kid came walking in ready to take the lesson he has been waiting for.They then learned Hyouton together.
When he hit the age of Nineteen his attitude started to change.he became ruder than usual.When the Daimyo emperor gave him a top secret mission that put his family lives in danger he declined the mission. And Emperor said if you decline this mission leave this village immediately. He then packed up his stuff and left the The land of water behind. From this day on he is a nomad of the world seeking new places to see.Along the way he met another excellent shinobi named faust that had a good sense of humor.They then started traveling the world together, meeting new friends,expanding their knowledge, and going to brothels.
