It's rather impossible to make an avatar with dimensions of 150 by 300 pixels when the stock you provided is under 300 pixels in length.

From my side - temporary declined.The image has a low quality.I don't usually do rendering the such stocks. You can wait for another staff to take your request ,which i doubt will happen.
