I start the technique off by performing the Dragon and Tiger handseals. I then focus my Suiton chakra in front of myself and create a large amount of water. I manipulate the water and form the shape of a sea serpent with a gaping mouth. I then direct it at your clone, and the serpent engulfs your clone and surrounds them with powerful water.

For my second technique, I gather chakra from the pit of my stomach and channel it up to my throat and mouth and release it in the form of an orb of rushing water. The huge sphere of water rushing towards you clone, and strikes it with such power and force.

When that's done you need to manipulate any water in the ground and make it rise into the air. You should be able to control the water similarly to how Gaara controls his sand which gives this technique it's versatility. It's main use is to surround targets with water and drown them. Try it on these clones.

For the last c-rank i want you to focus suiton chakra into the air above you and condense the water vapor, converting it from gas to liquid. Then form several water projectiles and shoot them at your target. The projectiles should be launched with great speed so they can deal a good amount of physical damage. Try it on a dummy. After that gather suiton chakra in your hand and wave it, releasing the chakra as several small water projectiles at a different dummy. It's a variation of the same jutsu.

The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

The projectiles were supposed to be launched either from their position in the air or from your hand but you probably get it. Now i want you to perform the Tiger handseal and focus suiton chakra near you. Then use the chakra to create an orb of water which you manipulate to have multiple sharp whips shoot out from it and impale some of the dummies around here. Try it out.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates an orb of water from which several sharp whips of water emerge. Those whips can then be directed towards one or multiple targets, impaling them on impact.

Next, form a handseal and focus suiton chakra in your stomach. Then create water from the chakra and bring it up to your mouth before launching a huge spinning sphere of water towards your target. Alternatively you could shoot three smaller water spheres in rapid succession.

Description: The user will do one handseal and will gather water in his mouth and then spits out a large sphere of rotating water that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked. It can also be used in quick succession to shoot up to 3 smaller but faster bullets of water.

Now perform the Tiger handseal and focus suiton chakra in you foot. Then stomp the ground and release the chakra in the form of a powerful jet of slicing water that tears through the ground on the way to it's target.
