Ok now, using chakra. You've seen Naruto using a technique calling Tree Climbing Skill and Walking on Water Skill. These are basic chakra usages that you will be doing passively across the battle. These will not spend visible chakra and will not count as techniques towards the 3 jutsu count. They seem pretty basic, but understanding the mechanism behind these techniques will allow you to enhance them further.
First of all, Three Climbing Skill works by releasing chakra from your feet, which will them attach you to a surface. If you release too much chakra, you will cause the surface to crack, if you don't use enough chakra, you won't be able to support the weight of your body. Normally you would be able to use this technique on any surface, as long as it is not covered in a layer of chakra that specifically prevents you to do it, such as Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld. Now what did Sasuke do using this skill? Knowing that this technique makes chakra aquire adhesive properties, he was able to atatch a kunai to the sole of his feet and used a kick to throw the kunai. This allows endless of possibilities! You can use this technique to hide paper tags on your feet, needles, kunais, shurikens. You can use this to ride of summons, or to climb to trees, walls, pillars, etc. And you can use this to withstand some taijutsu, because you would be able to attach yourself to the ground and acquire a steadier stance. If your opponent tries to sweep you off your feet, you can attach yourself to the ground and prevent yourself from falling (be aware that the kick might cause bigger damage if you take it whole, so you have to balance your counter). Also, if you are standing on the ground and your enemies uses an earthquake jutsu, attaching yourself to the ground will allow you to withstand it without falling and launch a counter jutsu.
Now, like Sakura has shown, you can also release chakra from your feet (or hands) and instead of having it pull the surface to your feet (adhesive properties), you can make it push things off your feet. That is how you can acquire greater speed and greater punches/kicks/etc. At the point of impact, when you put the feet on the ground or aim a punch to on your enemy, you can release a quick burst of chakra, pushing the ground or your enemy away. Of course, while you acquire greater strength and speed, it does not mean you get Tsunade's Strength (In your case, it does, since you have a Tsunade Bio), or Rock Lee's Inner Gates' Speed.
As for the strength part, you are able to send such strong outbursts of chakra that you will have the power to break through rock, and your projectile throwing will be even faster. That's great right? But don't go try using simple punches to destroy Earth techniques, you will require actual Taijutsu techniques to do it.
Nice?
