I admit, I'm not that knowledgeable in terms of the Hozuki, but in my opinion, I'd say no. The enhanced strength is (if my memory is correct) applied only to a single limb. Perhaps that singular limb becomes in restricted, but the body as a whole would still be bound.

So you use this jutsu to make physical contact with a seal (again being careful, since some seals will kill you if you touch them or go near them) and would then deliver a focused burst of chakra to the seal, disrupting the binding portion of the seal.

Not that I'd ever catch you short range of an opponent, but on the very (very) rare occasion it happens, this jutsu would be a possible use. I'd recommend using it through a clone, as you are relatively vulnerable while using it. Cross two swords, and use them to seal off half the opponent's chakra whilst he is in short range. You could use this in conjunction with elemental jutsu if you have a clone or summon.

( Keiyaku Fūin ) – Contract Seal

One of the most useless canon seals. Attain some of your opponent's blood during the battle, then make physical contact with his summon. This jutsu would then cause the summon to disperse.

( Suji Haji Fūin ) - Muscle Restriction Seal

Description: A special fuuinjutsu utilized by taking a tag that bears the symbol for "Restrict". When placed upon the opponent it generates an electrical current that is not physically harmful. However this flows through the nervous system and restricts the movement of muscles. This slows down the opponent and prevents him from using A-rank Tai and above for three turns.

Ok so place this special tag on the opponent, disrupting their taijutsu usage. This is done by using a non offensive current to slow down the 'firing off' of motor and sensory neurons. The slow down prevents the opponent from using taijutsu above A rank until the seal wears off.

( Shishienjin ) - Four Violet Flames Battle Encampment

Description: This technique requires four people or clones to use. The people must be standing forming a square, they will then make the snake handseal and clasp their hands. A barrier forms around them on all sides, stopping anyone from outside from coming into the square. If they touch the walls, they will be burnt by violet flames. The casters can add a secondary barrier outside to prevent them from being attacked by enemies on the outside of the square; although by doing so, they are unable to attack as well. Each barrier can sustain any A-Rank technique.
Note: Requires 4 ninjas or 4 clones to use.

Make 3 clones (idk why it says four, since it only requires four people) and have then make them stand in a square formation around the opponent. Then have them make the snake seal and clasp their hands together, this should cause a cubical barrier of chakra to manifest. The barrier will burn anyone who touches it to ash, and can only be destroyed by an equally ranked Elemental Jutsu.

Straight forward technique, a dispelling technique to counter B ranked or below seals that.. seal? Or can it also be used to prevent seals to release?

Fūinjutsu: Seikatsu Kekkai ) – Sealing Technique: Living Barrier
A very COOL technique, I love it's simplicity but usefulness. By crossing two bladed objects that would range from many things like two sword blades (meaning you can defend from a close range attack and activate this) to perhaps kunais or something similar. My only question is if I would be allowed to manipulate other elemental affinities while keeping the sealing method active, so long as it's fueled (-15 per turn).

( Keiyaku Fūin ) – Contract Seal
The chances of obtaining the target's blood is hard enough, don't get me started with attempting to physically touch a summoning creature without suffering some degree of damage from it. All in all, it may be useless but if used correctly it could save your life, depending on how tough the summoning you are combatting is.

Suji Haji Fūin ) - Muscle Restriction Seal
A cool seal in a sense, but it only restricts up to A ranked taijutsu, which is still good enough to deal quite the damage or be useful in close range combat. Unless the user specializes in close range and has higher ranking taijutsu techniques, I don't see myself using this slowing down method of a seal. Perhaps the initial shock could be used to draw the target's attention for a split second.

( Shishienjin ) - Four Violet Flames Battle Encampment
I believe it states four clones so that the user can fight inside against his opponent, without wasting his own spot to keep the barrier active. Also, the technique states that it can take up to A rank damage on "each barrier" is it referring to the individual barriers that are created to protect the casters? And if so, does that mean the user has to use an A ranked attack to destroy one of the protective barriers and then perform an additional attack to attack one of the casters (the defenseless one) to try and disturb the overall defense?

A cool seal indeed, situational and useful in the right conditions. A neat seal to use in NW situations as you stated, after defeating your opponent. The range is short, but in fact, its only up to 2m which is shorter than 5. My only real question is whether or not the target can free-form run away from the markings to regain his ability to mold chakra? And the description states "slams his ground on a surface" Does that mean, "slam his hand on a surface"? And if so, any surface will work, and not just restricted to the ground?

This Cursed Seal was the one given to all members of the ANBU subgroup Root by Danzō Shimura, to ensure no information about Danzō or the organization could fall into the wrong hands. After Danzō died, the seals disappeared from all the Root members. When the wearer of this Cursed Seal speaks about anything incriminating related to Danzō or Root, their entire body will be paralysed, taking away their ability to speak or move. In the place it is applied, it takes the shape of three solid lines and two broken lines. The seal can also be applied during combat, and can secretly be placed on the opponent's body upon momentary physical contact. When the user activates it, the curse seal's marks spread around the opponent's body, paralysing them. However, one can break free from the seal with a strong enough release of chakra.
Note: Usable twice

This can be used creatively, in the NW. Place a seal on someone, making it impossible for them to talk about a certain subject (which you specify as you place the seal). If they discuss the topic, they instantly become paralyzed, although a full body surge will break this paralysis. Although, they still won't be able to discuss the topic.

( Ura Shishō Fūinjutsu ) - Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique

A seal placed on the bio which states that when you die, everything mid range away from you in all directions is instantly sealed. You'd require some sort of S/T technique to escape.

Description: The user, or his clone, makes nine handseals and then claps his hands. This summons the Shinigami, who appears behind the user and wraps its left arm with prayer beads. The Shinigami then extends its hand through the user's chest, grasping the opponent if he is within short range, and begins pulling out his soul. Once the Shinigami has grasped the opponent, he is completely immobile, although he can use weapons, summonings already existing, etcetera to try and kill the user before the technique completes. At the user's command, the Shinigami then performs the sealing, locking away the victim and the user's soul to battle for all eternity in the Shinigami's stomach.
Note: If used by the user himself, causes him to die.
Note: This technique can be used only a maximum of two times by clones, and once by the user himself.

Man, I wonder who'd allow themselves to get hit with this . #shoutoutNKYou make 9 handseals, and then cause a Death god to appear behind you have him reach his hand through your stomach and into the opponent. The second the hand hits the opponent, he becomes immobilized. Then, both the souls of you and your opponent are locked away forever.

Create two clones (again, I don't understand why it says 3 :|). Have the clones and yourself arrange in a triangle formation around the opponent. Create a triangular seal which would then detonate, sending him sky high.

How would one go about releasing the surge? I mean, which rank would be strong enough to release the user from the physical binds of the restriction? Aside from that, nothing else I can note about the technique, as you stated its very useful in the ninja world, in fact its very cool and has unlimited usage to a certain extent of course.

Ura Shishō Fūinjutsu ) - Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique
A very useful technique for the HHG event, as you can potentially avoid getting your head stolen or vice versa. The potential the technique has is deadly in terms of it's nature. Though it activates upon death so it's not so useful. I'm surprised the user requires s/t to escape it. Does that mean if they are at least in mid range of you, they can't escape fast enough without space time? From what I remember in the anime, it takes a least a little bit of time to activate as the "ink" of the seal gushes out, though I dont know how it translates into the roleplay.

( Chakra Taisan Fūin ) - Chakra Confusion Seal

A very lame seal indeed. The only real usage I can see with it is if your opponent is already way too low on chakra and you want to potentially exhaust his reserves but the chances are one in a million to both find an opponent with such low chakra as well as be able to apply the seal. It burns into the skin, which means its harder to break.

( Genjutsu Fūin ) - Illusion Skill Seal

Definitely not a lame seal!! There are quite a few scary genjutsu users. It would come in handy if the situation was correct, perhaps starting a NW battle by slapping the seal against one of those known foes.

( Fūinjutsu: Shiki Fūjin ) - Sealing Technique: Dead Demon Consuming Seal

One of the most infamous sealing techniques that we know. Its pretty straight forward and obviously useful if only done with clones. I dont think anyone wants to actually kill themselves with it. Im surprised it can be used twice with clones, very useful in the ninja world if you want to completely kill someone in a.. special way. Though I wonder.. would the reverse four symbol seal activate after using this technique on the user himself?

( Fūinjutsu: Sanhō Fūin ) - Sealing Technique: Three Directions Seal

I don't think it forces you to use three clones, it gives you the option to either use two clones and the user himself, or simply command three clones to perform the pyramid formation while the user is free to do another attack. At least in that way, the performance has more open interpretation. A cool barrier that has a mid-range diameter. I only wonder if it can be broken with an equally powerful technique? (S rank elemental or advanced ninjutsu technique?)
