(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Advantages: Riding the waves, the user can attack the opponent, without fear of a counter-attack.
Disadvantages: It's a terrain changing technique that works best in barren lands, so the user is restrained from using these in mountainous or woodland environment who natural features are not easily overturned.
Creative Usage/Combo: Utilizing the basic Water Release technique to shape the water in many forms for defensive and offensive purposes to evade the opponent's direct attack.
Counter: Extinguish the water with a Wind and Fire Release Combo with a wide-range or utilize a Lightning Release to channel into the water, shocking the opponent who is riding the waves.

In Action: Dodai waves the Snake hand seal and infused water into his mouth, and then spew a gigantic wave of water. As the water is ejected, it ascends - in the form of a column - carrying him. Controlling the advancing and surging water, Dodai rides the wave towards the opponent to swallow them up and crush them.

(Suiton: Mizugakure no Jutsu) - Water Release Hidden Amongst Water Technique
Advantages: Allows the user to dispatch the opponent without warning.
Disadvantages: It's short-range and the location of the water is key to surprise your opponent. And once leaving concealment, it's slow when rising up from the water to reveal yourself, which leaves the user to expose for a short duration.
Creative Usage/Combo: Mainly utilize in conjunction with Taijutsu.
Counter: Depends on the conditions of the weather. (Example: If it hasn't rained, the technique could be suspicious) However, if the user is hiding in their own water source, then Lighting Release can be channeled through the water to shock them.

In Action: After kneading his water-chakra, Dodai submegered himself in a nearby puddle of water, concealing himself, and awaiting the approach of Chelsa's clone. As the clone draw near, Dodai emerges from the water, revealing himself, and unleash a powerful side kick to the clone's gut, sending them back flying.

(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique
Advantages: It restricts the opponent's movement and absorbs their chakra.
Disadvantages: The Dog hand seal stays in its position and chakra is fuel constantly to sustain the technique.
Creative Usage/Combo: Perform the Shadow Clone Technique beforehand to allow more freedom to attack your opponent.
Counter: Take out the caster performing the Jutsu so that the Jutsu stops.

In Action: Dodai wave the Dog hand seal to create storm clouds that produce rain, causing water to accumulate into a large amount of water to carry Chelsa's Clone in the waves. Maintaining the Dog Hand Seal, the water turns into a vortex, ensnaring them and draining their chakra.

After seeing her opponent performing the jutsus in proper manner, Chelsea moves onto explain next jutsus.

Easy one to perform. Just uses sword alongside suiton, making it a little different. Jump into the air, in front of you or sideways and then channel your suiton chakra through your sword, while unleashing it. Send the sword into the ground, so that you can use the channeled water chakra to make water burst up from the sword. Manipulate the water that rose up to form a water pillar, that would be used to attack your enemy with a little bit of surprise factor involvement, if you combine it properly. Keep in mind that this is only short range jutsu doe(why am I doing your work?z.z)
As usual, try it out to take that pug out there and then analyze.
Cute pug appears out of nowhere and turns violent for no reason and runs towards you.>_>

Essentially useful in CQC fights. Channel water chakra through your hands and then point your hands towards your opponent to release a quick spiraling torrent. Pretty quick one. Try it out on that tree there.

^Has a lot of potential. Gather your chakra in your hand, release it and then element manipulate it to water, followed by shape manipulation to form an orb of water. Then from that orb release multiple spearing streams, that you can use to attack enemies from multiple directions to make it difficult to dodge. Unlike 'Water Dragon Whip', it doesn't require handseals and hence I find this jutsu pretty useful, but range might be an issue. Try it out to take out those clones over there and analyze.
Multiple clones of Chelsea can be seen causing havoc.

( Suiton: Suishinshū ) - Water Release: Water Quaking Pillar
Advantages: Multiple targets who are affected by this Jutsu if the get any closer. Also, I want to say it provides a defense while being performed?
Disadvantages: The initial leap upwards into the air leaves the user expose to attack.
Creative Usage/Combo: Can be follow up with Taijutsu moves to link a chain of combos.
Counter: Attack the user while in mid-air or channel electricity on the ground surface, shocking the user.

In Action: Spotting the violent pig charging him, Dodai leaps in the air above while carrying his Katana sword in both his hand with the blade point motion down. Then, he plunged downward, impaling his sword into the ground. As he makes contact with the earth, he releases a surge of water that rise into a column and explode outwards - in the form of ripples, forcing back the pig.

(Suiton: Seiryūshō) - Water Release: Azure Dragon Palm
Advantages: The fast Jutsu surprise the opponent in close-quarters.
Disadvantages: A short-range and direct attack that is fired with little precision due to the speed of release.
Creative Usage/Combo: Can use in combination with Taijutsu moves
Counter: A small shield can protect you against the short-range attack.

In Action: Demonstrating Suiton: Seiryūshō on a tree, Dodai creates water in his hand and release it in the form of a spiralling torrent, which jet towards the tree, obliterating it.

( Suiton: Shizuka Yari ) - Water Release: Droplet Spear
Advantages: A wide-spread and quick release of water spears to overwhelm the opponent and makes it difficult to escape.
Disadvantages: Other than its range, I don't see anything wrong unless the user's foothold becomes unbalance, which thwarts the Jutsu's direction.
Creative Usage/Combo: Combine with the Wind Style Technique to increase the concussive and overall destructive power
Counter: Considering the Jutsu is Mid-range, you still have time to perform a Fire Style Technique to extinguishing the water and proceeding to attack the user or Earth Style Technique for defensive purposes or to travel below.

In Action: As Chelsa's Doppelgangers run wildly around, Dodai demonstrates Suiton: Shizuka Yari to tame them. He creates water in his hand and release a rapid of water-shaped spears in the direction of the clones, dispersing them in a cloud of smoke.

A bit more descriptiveness in demonstration, please. Also, in the first case you can't use it for defense in many cases, since it creates a simple pillar and not wall. Last B-Rank jutsu, btw.^^

Pretty simple one again. Just gather suiton chakra in your arms and then swirl them in the air to create crescent shaped blades of water, which will follow arcs of your hand movement to attack your opponent or opponents for that matter. You can add variations to attack one or multiple opponents around you. This is your last B-Rank jutsu and hence explaining it separately. Try it out on the multiple dogs over there and then analyze.
Multiple dogs appear around you and then start running towards you.

(Suiton: Nagareru no Yari) - Water Release: Flowing Spear
Advantages: Its range is changeable for a direct assault to a wide-range assault.
Disadvantages: The rotation of the body for a wide-range assault could dizzy the user and/or decrease the accuracy of the opponent being hit.
Creative Usage/Combo: Can be used in combination with Taijutsu moves or can be combined with the Wind Style Technique to increase the concussive and overall destructive power.

In Action: After pointing out the savage, giant canine surrounding him and ready to charge him, Dodai twirls on his heel while infusing water onto his arm and then releasing it as a crescent-shaped blade. As the crescent-shaped blade of water was released, the swing of his arm and rotation of his body generated a flow of water that sweep towards the canine who were all-around, cutting them.

On a bright and sunny afternoon, Dodai, the one-eyed patch man, who was proudly wearing the Kumogakure uniform, appears on Konohagakure's training grounds, face to face with his female water instructor, Chelsa. As the training progresses, Chelsa had changed the battle regimen, which Dodai assume to spice things up. He indulged further saying it was a way to test his abilities and skill so far learned in water nature. After listening to Chelsa speak, Dodai knew he had to do his best to impress her.

"Very well, I will start" Dodai noded and then enter a combative stance.

Without warning, Dodai infused his water chakra and wave the Snake hand-seal, while throwing back his head, and then leaning forward, belching out an ocean from his mouth. The huge ocean gathered into a column before rising Dodai in the air to ride the wave as it surge forward, prepared to crash into Chelsa, where she would be crush by the waves, resutling in internal damage and/or possibly draining.

Changing the geographical area into an ocean worked to Dodai's favor - albeit not nearly as he not taken advantage. Continuing the momentum (after performing Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) and was concerned his instructor could defeat the Water Jutsu, so Dodai wave the Sheep hand seal and transfrom himself into a blue shark, where he dive into the water and swim to locate his instructor remains to meance them to pieces. He even boosted his speed with chakra to propel himself faster through the waters, which relatively mask his presence.

Chelsea sees that Dodai performed a single handseal and started spewing large number of water from his mouth.
Interesting move, but I know what you are trying to achieve here, Dodai. Now, let me show you an 'unusual' way to counter this.
Chelsea started off by performing tiger handseal and kneeded a large amount of fire chakra in her body, before expelling a large amount of fire from her mouth, which she then shaped in the form of number of(around 20-30) dragon headed fireballs. She started off by sending first few fireballs(5-10) towards the bottom of the water wave to completely evaporate the bottom of the wave and stop the advancement of the wave. This effect will result in you losing the footing and hence Chelsea kept track of you, when you were falling down, while sending the remaining fireball towards the remaining part of the wave, completely evaporating the water.

As a result, a large amount of mist will be formed after collision of fire and water, in which you fall directly.
Chelsea then gives you an insight of what her next move will be, if she has to go all out.
You must have figured out already that my next move will obviously be hiding in the mist jutsu. This way I will get close to you without you noticing and then will take you down using simple kunai or taijutsu. Next move, please.
Chelsea waited for you to make next move.

OOC: Countering water using fire is the most unusual way to counter water, but it has its own advantages and it can clearly be seen in my case.
1. You won't have any water source around you and hence you won't be able to use the water jutsus that require water source, since I evaporated the water.
2. I can use mist to bind you and follow it up by hidden mist and many other jutsus that require mist.
3. Best part is, I was able to achieve all of this in single turn. Next two turns can be used to land my offense, which I am not doing in your case, since this isn't all out battle.lol
Takeaway point is, if you want to create water source, don't use this type of jutsu, rather start off by stealthy jutsus that your user won't bother to counter or won't be able to counter using fire. For example, Rain tiger at will.

What? No... You can't use that type of Fire Style against my Water Jutsu. I see if you used a stream of fire, but you used a fire projectile. The best it would do is slightly disrupt the flow of the water and cause me to stumble a bit, but I doubt it would evaporate the whole water.

I hate the Tiger At Will Jutsu. As I said before, it's not a Jutsu used for sensing chakra. It acts mostly as a detecting barrier. You know they entered the space by disrupting the rain, but you do not know their exact location.

And the Water Jutsu itself can act as a diversion as well. You're creating an ocean of water.

And why would you follow up with Hidden Mist Jutsu when the Fire and Water Jutsu collision creates its own natural mist. I only see you utilizing the Hidden Mist Jutsu if you want to further obstruct my vision. However, it puts us both at a disadvantage when you use it.

....from a learning standpoint, I'm just saying.

Anyway.....

After witnessing the numerous, flaming dragon-like heads evaporate Suiton: Bakusui Shōha, Dodai stealthy took cover in the mist. As it began to dissipate, he starts to see Chelsa and darts across the battlefield with incredible speed to engaging in close-quarters. Dodai leans in - lunging with his right arm extended - delivering a powerful right hook to Chelsa's left jaw, knocking her off balance - albeit not enough to fall to the floor. It was given enough force to slightly divert Chelsa's vision to use his left hand to perform Mizu Kuri No Yaiba, creating a sword of water to simply grazed the chest of the woman. His sharp water sword would be wielded in a reverse grip and motion downward because of the space between the two. Dodai would cut the woman with a horizontal slash, although, not deep of a wound which would cause server injury.

About rain tiger at will, it was just my suggestion. To go with it or not is completely your decision and I was talking about silent homicide there, my bad(that's why you shouldn't RP when you are tired) and yeah I have Mandalore sensory, so I won't be at that much of disadvantage, if I am in mist. I thought you knew it, but whatever. z.z

When the mist is formed and when you are falling into it, Chelsea thought a move ahead and decided to put up an armor around her by channeling doton chakra through her body, giving her the outer protection due toughness of rock and hence protecting her from the damage.
After you are done with trying to attack her using that water sword, Chelsea simply peels off her armor and then gets out of the armor.

Overall, you used good combos and made me believe that you do know how to use stuff well. If you don't have any questions, should we move onto A-Rank?? We will have serious spar some other time. z.z

Moving on..

So, now we are going to learn A-Rank water jutsus. Starting off with a really simple one.

This one requires to be performed with an ally or a clone, since you don't have Yin-Yang release and hence can't perform two elemental techniques simultaneously. So, form a shadow clone first and then tell him to form rasengan and add fuuton chakra to it. While your clone is doing it, perform the destruction torrent jutsu that we learnt in B-Rank and form a water torrent in your hand.
Once both of you are done with your individual jutsus, combine your efforts to form a strong tornado of water that you can unleash on your opponent or can use it to defend against a strong fire and wind combo. Since destruction torrent doesn't require water source, even this one doesn't require it. Water here serves as a base attack and wind enhances cutting power. Has same range that of destruction torrent. Try it out on the clone and analyze.

This is not one of my favorite techniques to be honest, but is pretty powerful.
Start off with all those tiring handseals(Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird) and then mold your water chakra to form a ring of water in front of you. This ring of water will be converted into giant torrent of water,which will rise up high in the air and then fall down in a tremendous speed to cause a massive impact. Water produced is also large in scale and will give arise to a number of waves. It resembles the movement of 'waterfall' and hence the name. You can use it while standing on the water source or can be used by exhaling gigantic wave of water. The technique will drown the opponent and damage heavily due to water pressure and will create a water source, which you can follow up with a combo. Take down the clone over there and if possible follow it up with some suiton jutsu and our general stuff of analysis after that.lol

I don't see why Suiton: Guufu Suika is not listed in the Ninjutsu list since it is combining both Suiton: Hahonryuu and Fuuton: Rasengan. I got it confused with this:

Also, I already demonstrated the technique [see page 3, post #49] along with combining it with Fuuton: Rasengan. The only difference now is I can post Guufu Suika since I learned the Jutsu instead of posting the Suiton: Hahonryuu and Rasengan separately. That is the only analyzing and concerns I have with this Jutsu.

Edited: Oh, and I have to use a water/wind combo to counter because of the elemental strength of the combine Jutsu - water alone is not enough.

(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Advantages: The user is creating a massive blast of water, which is hard to escape.
Disadvantages: The long string of hand seals are a problem in a battle.
Creative usage/combo: Combine with Wind Release.
Counter: I would interrupt the user while performing hand seals.

In Action: After performing a string of hand seals, Dodai spots the transformed clone that Chelsa created. His eye observes the clone's movement sharply, as he placed his hand at chest-level and extended them out in front of himself - aiming them towards the clone - while infusing water chakra. He quickly caused a ring of water to form in front himself and then released a spiral of water forward - surging with tremendous speed toward the clone. The giant vortex was mighty and high that it sent the clone aback with great force while damaging the ground as it soars pass.

Suiton: Guufu Suika has water as a base element and hence it is listed in the water jutsu list. I see your point there, but if you through ninjutsu list, you will observe that most of them(rather all of them) are the non-elemental ninjutsu techniques. That is the reason due to which, it is put in suiton jutsu list.
Also, provide me analysis of the first jutsu. I have seen you performing the jutsu, but not analyzing it.

(Suiton: Guufu Suika) - Water Style: Typhoon Water Vortex
Advantage: Being great in elemental strength, it can overpower a single Fire Style technique alone.
Disadvantage: Both Jutsu most be performed respectively and at the same time, which means weaving hand seals of Suiton: Hahonryuu cannot be a minute late.
Creative Usage/Combo: I was thinking about adding a third element such as lightning with another clone assisting.
Counter: Again, a Wind/Water combo against the elemental strength or a Wind/Water combo to neutralize the technique.

You already formed water source using great waterfall. Now, use it to perform next set of jutsus.

Not one of my favorite jutsus, but is useful under few scenarios.
When your opponent is standing on the water, you have to channel chakra into that water source. Then convert the water around your opponent into sharks and direct them towards your opponent to knock him in the air. Then take him down in the midair using swords(like Kisame did in the anime) or using another water technique(something that I want you to do) or using any other way.lol
If he won't be able to dodge it properly, opponent will suffer bone damage and hence it is an offensive jutsu.
Use it on my clone standing there on your water source and then follow it up with then next jutsu and give me analysis like usual.
Chelsea forms a clone that will stand on the existing water source.

This is manipulation of preexisting water source, but is a pretty strong jutsu.
Once you have enough water, manipulate it to form a giant wave, that will push your opponent back and knock him unconscious. Really simple, yet powerful jutsu. A simple defensive variation is, you can use it to block a strong jutsu with good area of coverage. Here, I want you to take down my clone which will be in the midair due to impact of previous jutsu. Her movement will also be restricted as her bones will be broken due to previous jutsu. Do it and tell me the usual theoretical stuff.
Chelsea then instructed her clone to take the damage. Her clone can't resist temptation of countering it, but she has to.lol
Chelsea then shifted to her student.

(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction
Advantage: The sharks are undetectable as long as the are underwater and it forces the opponent into the air.
Disadvantage: It requires a water source.
Creative Usage/Combo: The opponent is open to attack with an attack of my choice.
Counter: Attack the water source itself.

In Action: Standing on top of the ocean of water, across from Chelsa's clone, Dodai release chakra below, forming into four ferocious sharks. The sharks would drift towards the clone and as the position under them, they would jump out of the water smashing into their body, launching them into the air. The impact force of their massive body against the clone body would result in fracture ribs.

(Suiton: Kyojin Nami Shougeki) – Water Release: Giant Wave Crash
Advantage: It could be used offensively and defensively
Disadvantage: It requires a source of water
Creative Usage/Combo: I'll further manipulate it by adding on weapons or reinforce it defenses.
Counter: A powerful blast of fire or wind, preferably S-rank.

In Action: As the clone is suspended for a few seconds in the air due to his previous attack, Dodai follows up by creating a wave of water that is released and crash into the clone, drowning it.

Concerns: I can't really picture the description in my head. It's interpreted like a normal wave of water attack. I read around for the technique similar and it doesn't really match with the NB description:

Suiton: Tate Eboshi
Water Release: Bury Crow Hat Child
After using his Hydrification Technique to merge with a water source, Suigetsu can form a giant wave that looks like a demon-like fish. Suigetsu can use this form to battle larger opponents, or he can use it to shield allies from attack. Though it was strong enough to physically push back Killer B in his Tailed Beast Mode, it was not strong enough to withstand a point-blank range Tailed Beast Ball, which rendered Suigetsu unconscious, causing him to fall into a jelly-like state.

Good question. Tate Eboshi and Giant wave crash can be considered as pretty similar jutsus. Giant wave crash is pretty much a wave attack usable by all members, while Tate Eboshi was seen to be used by Suigetsu only. So you picture both of them in a similar manner.

This one is particularly effective against fire jutsus and can be used to block your opponent melee attack. Just wave those handseals and then gather suiton chakra in your lungs before releasing it in the form of torrent like wall(refer video). This wall takes a curve like path and hence will be circle around you. Advantage of this peculiar path is, it won't block your field of vision like other elemental walls do. Also note that it can be formed in both the ways, 1. Using preexisting water source or 2. Spewing water out from your mouth.

Chelsea forms clone that turns into Sasuke forms a chidori in his hand and then runs towards you for melee attack.

This one requires your opponent to stand on the water source. You channel chakra into that water source, compress that chakra and then suddenly release it to make the water explode. This water explosion will send your enemy in the air, then you jump over him, gather water chakra in your arm and then form a whirlpool like structure around it. You will then smash it at your airborne opponent. Really powerful jutsu, but requires your opponent to stand on water source and hence is pretty much dependent upon the situation as well.
Try it out on my clone over there and then give me analysis.
Chelsea forms a clone which stands on top of the nearby lake after channeling chakra into its feat.

Can be found at 1:42, except that it requires water source in you case, since you don't have Tobirama bio.

(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Advantage: Your line of sight is not obstructed.
Disadvantage: You have to weave hand seals.
Creative Usage/Combo: It can be combined with Jutsu such as Lightening to add a greater effect, however, it can only be produced via Kekkei Genkai Storm Release.
Counter: It's mostly to push back the opponent, then deal any internal damage, so attacking the users blind spot can break the technique.

In Action: Watching Sasuke approaching, Dodai quickly wave the Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger hand seal and expel from his mouth a wave of water that surrounded him. The wave of water pushes Sasuke back preventing him from piercing Dodai with Chidori. Dodai constantly fuels chakra into the water, increasing the volume, keeping Sasuke at bay.

(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade
Advantage: Catches your opponent off guard from below
Disadvantage: There is an opening where the opponent can counter, which is in the mid-air. And it requires a water source.
Creative Usage/Combo: Use Lightning Release or Genjutsu to paralyze them first.

In Action: On the lake, Dodai spots Chelsa's clone who was gathering chakra. He immediately forces water to rise underneath the clone, which sprung them up in the air uncontrollably. After, Dodai leaps above the clone, while manipulating a whirlpool of water to surround his arm and slam down on them. Upon impact, the clone is sent back to the water suffering severe internal damage and drowning beneath the bottom.

Yes, storm release is the one that makes it possible to use the lightning and water together, but you can always have allies(take clones for example) to help you form a combo with water encampment wall.

In this case, you start off by performing three handseals and then channel chakra into the nearest water source. Manipulate the water source and call forth a large amount of water that will form a water vortex protection around you. This water vortex will be a spinning water vortex and hence can be used for offense as well defense and since it is spinning around you at all sides, it is good against small weapons and to throw your opponents away. It is good all around jutsu, though requirement of water source limits its usage. If you can find a way around water source issue(creating one or using the one created by opponent) this one can be very useful. Just try blocking an attack of my clone.
Chelsea forms a clone that sends a barrage of shurikens towards you and then multiplies them using shadow shuriken no jutsu.

Not much of complication here, as this one is really easy jutsu to perform. Just perform the rudimentary handseal and then spit out a large amount of water that covers massive area around your opponent through those menacing waves. These waves will damage your opponent heavily upon impact and hence will be really difficult to dodge. This is stronger version of

, that you learnt earlier and is seen to be performed by Kisame who followed it up with his signature move, Water Prison Shark Dance. You can use this technique for multiple purposes, for trapping your opponent(giant orb manipulation), creating a good amount of water source etc, limited by your usage and creativity.
Try taking down that giant Snake over there.
Chelsea summoned a giant snake which slithered towards you with the intent of devouring you.
