he lacks the shadow tho. i mean it doesnt have to be kuroko IMO. but the only char in the series who can be 'shadow', who loves to assist his teammates, is only kuroko. mayuzumi doesnt seem to be a player who loves assisting. sometimes he thinks about himself as its been shown he loves to show off. even tho aomine knows, he still can't enter the 2nd zone. first, he's now individual type. he plays alone. even if he changes that, and tries to play as a team, he still lacks the player who can open the gate for him.

I did not see that for some long years. But it was highly supernatural.
Btw reading last Naruto chapter made me appreciate Kuroko's character more.
Thank you Fujimaki sensei for writing a main character who does not make my stomach twist in nigh impossible angles. Thank you for making him have a above decent established mindset, goals, consistency, personality, plot placement, relaionships and words.

Something I love about KnB is how all the characters are likeble and their interaction is pretty good unlike another populair jump series **cough** Naruto **cough cough**

Agreed completely. We actually see development from everyone and not just the main character. Fujimaki actually knows how to create a story based on teamwork and dedication. Read it. If you catch up want to see more of these characters, i will dig out light novel and drama CD translations and post them if people want to read. I read one or two, they are pretty nice. Better than filler quality movies other manga/anime do. But some of them are in other forums so i have to PM not to advertise

disappoint it goes pretty fine for me. But i am sure Kuroko won't say Hanamiya is the coolest guy ever xD

I think Aomine was a better antogonist too, his cockiness was fitting for his age Akashi sometimes gives the vibe of a grown up wannabe kid. But he was bound to get better.
