No, it was stated that a single person can't use two Teigus at the same time because of the strain they put on a user's body. A duel Teigu wielder is just a theory that could happen, but we currently have no logical statements to back the theory up. Murasame works like Pumpkin and Shamshir where said trump cards can work only under special conditions.​
