Seryu actually translates to "justice" in some japanese translations, so that's probably where it's coming from.

Basically it would be "Justice Everywhere".

The only translation of "Seryuu" that I can find is just that it's a family name (

). According to the same site, "justice" is "seigi" (and this is the word Seryu uses, you can hear it in the anime). Maybe there is some word play involved of something, but it doesn't seem like it can be translated directly (not to mention Seryu's name is written in katakana).

Still an odd combination considering her last name is just that word, not even something derived from it, or a pun.
