I still think Syura has yet shown us all of his Teigu, since Shambhala isn't the gate in Tibetan Buddhism but a land not existing on Earth. The gate's name is Kālacakra, that is literally 'wheel of time'.

I'm guessing his Teigu has potential to travel through time, slow it, freeze it etc.

Well yeah, we still haven't seen it in battle. We only know it can teleport stuff right now. It's offensive capabilities and trump card have yet to be shown.

Well Syura has never fought an enemy with his Teigu yet. He's only tried to either capture or was forced to fight without one. Of course his Teigu hasn't then shown offensive capabilities.

I only think it'd be a different story if he went serious in a fight. If he really wanted to take down some people, he could [e.g. Tatsumi & Lubbock]. But he's more of a strategic fighter, and rarely does the dirty work himself; hence, Wild Hunt.

Wave got knocked out by Esdeath asap while Kurome and Run could at least evade her kicks, he also got embarrassed by Suu who slapped him away.Tatsumi tricked him even though he didn't even fight back. Wave seemed fodderish at first, but then he actually started fighting with Grand Chariot and owned the shit out of three Night Raiders.

Syura has yet to have a Teigu battle.

1. Esdeath surprised the Wave, and he was never prepared. She's also very strong (knocked out Tatsumi in one blow), was able to keep up with Suu and Tatsumi with ease. Run is also pretty fast himself, and was complimented by Esdeath.

2. Susano'O's punch was able to kill a normal human being with one blow. I don't see how that is embarrassing.

3. It's not an accomplishment if you hide in water, while invisible.

You can try to justify those cases and I agree, but that doesn't change the fact that Wave's fighting skill seemed poor to people until he actually started fighting seriously. I mean, I could justify the Syura cases, too.

1. Much like in Suu case, Wave just had more physical strength than Syura and was over-all, a bit better in a close combat without Teigu usage.

2. Much like in Tatsumi case, Tatsumi used his invisibility that the enemy didn't have info on which made the enemy hesistate for a second so he could escape/kick them away, but just because he tricked Syura/Wave doesn't mean they are weak or would lose to him in direct combat.

3. Much like in Esdeath case, Syura didn't expect Budo to attack him at all and had his eyes closed.

Just like with Wave, people are getting the impression that Syura's fighting skill is poor, even though that isn't true in either Wave's or Syura's case.

Read the post above. Like I said, you can try to justify it and I agree, but that doesn't change that people had the impression that Wave's fighting skill was poor, which wasn't true at all and was proven the moment he actually started fighting seriously with his Teigu.
