Googly? What do you mean?

It's very slight so only a trained eye would catch it. But see how the proportion to the eye on the left is slightly off? So it kind of makes it look like one eye is looking in one direction while the other is looking in a different one. You know what I mean? That angle can be tricky though, but eyes have to move in sync. Unless she's like cross eyed.

It's very nit picky, but obviously since you like doing it and have improved a lot I just thought it might help. U_U

You can learn, it's really not hard at all just youtube that shit. I'm alright at it, I'm very good at painting though.

Basically it's just. Lines, Negative Space, Perception, Proportion, Angles, values.
