Dorothea has body modifications. She might even be fully made of metal. Maybe she's a robot ( ._.) That's why she maybe wasn't affected. Enshin though...

Cosmina's Teigu isn't as effective and it has a small range of effectiveness. It didn't even affect Dorothea who was standing like what? A few meters away from the prisoners. Then again, her Teigu may be ineffective against Dorothea due to some factor we have yet to heard of, but it doesn't matter as Enshin was standing right behind Cosmina and it didn't affect him. Mine had enough time to take out the earplugs and put them in before Koro's scream could affect her. I'm sure faster characters can effectively counter Comsina's Teigu.​

Mein vs Seryuu is a terrible example though, we all know there was a lot of plot shield going on. I'm also sure she can control the sound frequency of her teigu making it effective against those it's meant for, like the flute kid.

Dorothea idk, I think she has some like undead/immortal power. I have a feeling.

I kinda agree with Fidds , speed of sound ? if it's like Code Breaker , I doubt any of those characters would counter it so easy , but I think Cosmina will be defeated by Raba & his barriers can block her sounds , what ddo you think Brotha ?
