I don't get you... Every manga is just lines (.-. )

Just the fact that Kishi can create such complex and perfect drawings, whereas every other manga artist can only draw humanoids, just shows how large the gap really is.

Both are amazing artists in my opinion.

There was something on tumblr, maybe i can still find it, regarding Tetsuya's art..i'll have to look for it.

I'd love to see you attempt to draw anything like the Buddha on such a scale. I doubt Kubo or Oda could accomplish it either. ​

That's not true, even in that Inyuasha scan Dr.Stylish posted you can see the different shading techniques and the texture to create depth. Kishi just drew lines for shading on something that already isn't that hard to draw. But again this is just my opinion.

I highly highly doubt that kubo can't make badass objects as well, but it's pointless to do in a manga where most buildings and structures get destroyed in fights anyways.

The colossal Buddha (Shinsenjuu) trumps anything AGK, Bleach, OP etc. will ever do. It is beyond a masterpiece. The amount of time it took to draw that must have been immense, and with such detail on each and every hand, simply amazing. ​
