Considering that guy i forgot the name of always has that puppet strapped on his back, he'll be at a disadvantage here. My spidey will use his web jutsu which without chakra infused attacks will not be cut, Kankuro has no such thing. Now that Kankuro is stuck to the web spidey uses his blade webby attack and hit Kankuro, ending his life.
Counter for place switching magic:
As seen when he fought the twin freak, Kankuro might have his puppet switched place with him. Thanks to the toilet paper wrapping around him, he wouldn't be stickied to the sticky web, giving him full range of motion to control the puppet, possibly launch a sneak attack by detaching one of the puppet's arm. But no worries, Spidey, like Gaara, always has his gold armor on, so a tiny blade like that won't scratch and insta kill Spidey man. Now that he successfully defended the attack spidey springs another Esdeath's sized boobs web to trap Kankuro. Both both sides pressed into him, Kankuro has no way of escaping, thus allowing Spidey to kill him by running up to him and scratch him with his long finger. Due to the condition of the battle Kankuro gets sent to heaven immediately, Spidey wins
