Depends. The show's ending is kinda yanderish, meaning that it's not a happy ending. Basically:
An emotional little ***** kills the guy that Kotonoha likes and she goes Yandere mode and kills that chick and then later takes the guy's head to a boat and kisses him there.
It's really only a sad ending, but other than that.. I believe that the creator made alternative endings so you could choose a more satisfying ending.

Ehhhhh depends. A Yandere is extremely lovey dovey and acts sweet and nice to the person she likes (You), but she's insane basically kills anyone who tries to take you away from her or hurt you so that might or might not be a bad in your eyes.

cut off Reiner's arm, and almost beheaded Berthold, when they tried to take Eren? Without even considering that they used to be her friends? She's very yandere.

She's NOT yandere. She's somehow Kuudere.
They weren't her friends. They were "allies". If somebody went to kill your brother, wouldn't you hit first if you had the chance?

But she doesn't have insane quality or the lovey dovey. Sure she cares about Eren but not the way a yandere cares about something.

Nahhhhh, don't know what Konan is. And I honestly don't know what Dorothea is. All I know that she is a bit bloodthirsty.. I don't know all of the deres except Yandere, Tsundere, Moe and a few more. ._.

Konan is Kuudere, too. I repeat, Yandere are psychotic and violent towards everybody, they like to kill. Konan is shown to be emotionless on the outside, but loyal and trust her friend. She's definitely Kuudere.

@Punk: Like Nui from kill la kill is the prefect example of a yandere, she's acts just like one. That's not mikasa or konan.

Mikasa, however, is willing to kill anyone if they harm Eren, that fits the yandere description perfectly.
As you stated, kuuderes only rarely show their emotions, and they don't really care if anyone around them dies. Mikasa is very open towards Eren, but not as open to other people, and she doesn't want him to die at all.
I'll bet you 100 bucks that if it was Armin in that situation, he would just fall to the ground being sad about Reiner and Berthold betraying them.
