Why is Wave in the same tier as Tatsumi? I think the fact that Wave was beating down Akame, Mein, and Rabac easily beats him above Tatsumi.
Why is that? A case can be made he's the 2nd weakest member of Night Raid.

I feel like he's more powerful then most of them. Just... The fight obviously wasn't the most balanced.
Wave was going after the team that was labeled as the more stealthy one, and those who weren't exactly tanks to take hits. Not to mention he is a terrible match up for both Rabac and Akame.

It's just like that girl from the 4 demons he fought, he can't beat them, he'll just run away.
Then put Akame down. I like her, but skill wise they seem about equal.
@Bold: So is Tatsumi, but I don't see him beating either of those two.

Tatsumi didn't run away because he couldn't beat her, I recall. It was more do to needing to get to Mine and help her out in the battle. Or, some form of time contrant. As for the entire battle with Wave... They were still moving and trying to not to fight, once realizing how long a battle it'd normally be. They even had Rabac stay back to just hold him down. and then had Mine blast him away
I mean, it is a good feat. Wave taking on those three. But there were outside circumstances that were involved in the battle and a bit of a bad match up.
And isn't Incursio or w/e a weaker version of Black Chariot ._.?
Akame herself is above most of them. Recall the Ran interaction? She was basically feeding him false information and was causing him to slowly decrease his altitude till he was within striking distance. Her intelligence and skill are without a doubt above most. Not to mention how powerful her teigu is, and how relatively unprotected a majority are against it.

I don't think it's that simple, Aya. But the fight was a bit more then meets the eye.
Though, usually it is odd to find a sterile battle without any outside interference.

Tatsumi needs to train a little bit harder, i don't want him to be getting owned in every important fight.

I am fine with tatsumi not being top tier or elite. I have a feeling he may just hog the spot light if he does.

I don't know. I think Tatsumi's better for spying (since he can turn invincible and we haven't seen Chariot do that) and Chariot is better for fighting. Incursio was a prototype so Chariot has to be better at something.

Rabac said that he was setting that up, if he just did it from the beginning Wave would have seen through it.
