Courage The Cowardly Dog is newer,but still it's damn creepy/weird.
And it's on Cartoon Network,where anyone can watch it.
I bet it will leave children scarred for life lol.

If you mean Stephen King´s " It ", it was actually a mini-series
Pennywise was pretty scary - Tim Curry´s excellent acting added more creepiness to the character.​
