Edit: I didn't realize Avani answered my question or that that post went through in my other question thread, so I went ahead with the question in here.

Is it ok to upload scans to my NB album or to imgur-like sites from other manga sites and post them in the Naruto sections? I'm asking because it seems it's allowed to, since other members are posting viz scans and this website doesn't have them.
