Naruto Scans related question.

Is it ok to upload scans to my NB album or to imgur-like sites from other manga sites and post them in the Naruto sections? I'm asking because it seems it's allowed to, since other members are posting viz scans and this website doesn't have them.

You are allowed to link images from other sites.

You are not allowed to advertise other sites, however.
