Minato had enough reaction time against raikage, but only if raikage did not have knowledge of Minatos possible jumping locations. Naruto is faster then raikage, but only barely... There is nothing that suggested that naruto is faster then the speed of light or ftg tech. Still... I won't...

According to some, oro is invisible and can't be killed. I knew he was hard to kill but why do people think he can't be killed by normal means or he can't be obliterated by fire or something after he is pined down. Again and again I read comments that he can't be killed. How is that true?

Raikage is not a much of a thinker but he came closer to kill sasuke through amaterasu and sussano by just loosing an arm and a leg. I think that does not count for a weakness. But that is just my opinion. Other than this, I think your list is superp :)

1) Summons Gamabunta, 2) teleports 9tails blast, 3) teleports 9tails... If Minato was able to get into sage mode, then his greater sense of the battle field would make him almost invisible until it is to late. This is not the only thing to fear, he would be able to teleport your attack away...
