I thought of the strongest of konoha 11 so this is who I chose that can possibly match naruto. Choji-butterfly mode & rock lee- gates open vs Naruto- sage mode or 9tailed fox mode I say choji and rock lee win with a lot of difficulty xd What do you say :shrug:

Sealing techniques Are the best because its use it can be use to stop, control, halt for example a tailed beast, powerful ninja, edo, tensei. It prevented the hokages from being used as edos, control and halted ninjas from attacking. As far I Know, I seen nothing better than a sealing technique...
