I just noticed that at around 22:05 and 22:07 of today's anime, Sasuke was running through a forest with only one mangekyou and his left eye deactivated (where the rinnegan is supposed to be) much like he did in today's manga chapter only his rinnegan obviously wasn't off to prevent spoilers...

No they aren't, they share similarities but the anime has filler plot so they can make the episode longer and at times they also introduce inconsistencies with the manga's storyline
