[Spoilers] Anime Foreshadowing

I just noticed that at around 22:05 and 22:07 of today's anime, Sasuke was running through a forest with only one mangekyou and his left eye deactivated (where the rinnegan is supposed to be) much like he did in today's manga chapter only his rinnegan obviously wasn't off to prevent spoilers.. and if you go back to the ending of the episodes in the 259 to 270 range, you'll see them fighting at a place much like VoTE. So it brings me to think this battle was foreshadowed by the anime.. what do you think?

The guy running in the forest was sasuke, did you not notice his MS design?

Also, that scene you are talking about OP, is from the ending and not from the episode itself. It's either an animation mistake OR the animators want to somehow foreshadow something like you said. However, I'm siding on the "animation error" part.
