As said in the manga, the alteration of the chakra flow cancels genjutsu, and Pain's chakra is in constant alteration as Nagato is constantly sending new chakra via chakra rods. So, no genjutsu would work on 6pop, and that makes Pain a good Uchiha counter. What do you think?
