could anyone defeat sasuke if he knew izanagi and izanami

With ems he could spam any technique he wants with his good amount of chakra and stamina. If his life depends on it he could use izanami to trap his target and quickly kill them. Or if he thinks he's going to get killed he could use izanagi and attack the surprised enemy. lol sasuke would be a itachi with more stamina.

His chakra and stamina isn't that good and I doubt he can spam those techniques.

Izanami only works on people trying to change their destiny, Izanagi would probaly be a pain as long as it doesn't seal EMS aswell

he would use ems until he need to use izanagi or izanami and he would only use it once because you can't fight a battle blind

i think sasuke is to fast for gaara and besides if gaara gets trapped in a genjutsu and couldn't break out in time he's done. maybe nagato

Too fast? He has authomatic defense. Sasuke's speed wouldn't be a problem. And he cannot be caugh in genjutsu, he can use the 3rd eye.

Nope, who gave him the authomatic defense was Karura, her mother. And yes, he has to cover his eye, but he sees the same in the other so what's the problem?

He can't move if he's caught in genjutsu but his sand is still working and let me doubt if that's as easy as you're making it sound. As said before he could use the third eye which would give him a wide view over the field.Consequently closing one eye in the proper circumstances doesn't leave you wide open.I'd like also to remark that Gaara needn't close his eye in order to use it.
Shukaku had nothing to do with the sand.
