I think that kakashi's kamui is one of the unique characteristics of his mangekyo sharingan, tobi's likewise. To use susanoo 'both' amaterasu and tsukuyomi must be mastered. Kakashi also does not want to damage his eyes using either of these techniques so its possible he has tried them before...

This is an interesting topic that i would like to clarify, does tobi (fake madara) have the mangekyo sharingan or a normal sharingan? Both he and Madara Uchiha have controlled the nine-tailed fox which is one of the mangekyo sharingan's abilities. We have never seen tobi use any other abilities...
