I feel as though pt1 and a majority of pt.2 did well on powerscaling, but during the war and boruto filler or not. They're showing fake misinterpretations of these characters ranks and power as they grown. What do you think? How well does Naruto in general and Boruto do in powerscaling? Thanks...
