What does base form Kakuzu mean? He can't use his elemental jutsu besides Domu? Or just not his EGF mode, idk what that means or why the need to make so many pointlessly weird matchups in this section now-a-days.

Kakashi without MS is never beating Kakuzu, doesn't have the variability to both pressure and defend from Kakuzu's multiple attack points .
