Powerscaling!

I feel as though pt1 and a majority of pt.2 did well on powerscaling, but during the war and boruto filler or not. They're showing fake misinterpretations of these characters ranks and power as they grown.

What do you think? How well does Naruto in general and Boruto do in powerscaling? Thanks in advance!

Well it sure isn't DBZ consistent in powerscaling but rather some shinobi get weaker over time especially in the Boruto timeline if you compare that to the War arc.
